Edit: Coming back to correct my original 5 star review after I’ve had the unfortunate experience of working with this broker over the past 10 months. Zero communication has been made from Osborne Financial Group until a week after my home insurance policy was cancelled due to “non-payment”, although I had paid my premium in full at closing. Turns out the insurance company sent out an inspector back in November of 2023 who made an error in reporting incorrect square footage causing an increase at that time. I was never informed of this increase until after the policy canceled. As the insurance agency advised they had communicated the change to my agent who was responsible for advising me at that time. When I was finally informed of this was when Chris at Osborne Financial called to tell me it was cancelled and there was no option but to pay the increase to reinstate. He never once advised me of what change was made to the policy. He just kept resorting back to putting blame on me because “they” had supposedly sent me letters (the first letter I received was on 8/16, 8 days post cancellation, 10 min post the change), and as the agency advised, they communicated directly with my broker who should’ve communicated to me in November, not August the following year.
After hours and days invested in doing this broker’s job, I found the error made in report and am going through the appeal process myself.
Chris refused to listen to a word I said, he was extremely combative on every interaction. The response time of this company is terrible.
I would not recommend Osborne Financial to anyone. Save yourself the trouble.
