I love how comfortable it is to be worn even as a lounge wear. I love how flattering the cutting is, makes me look slimmer. It's soft and cooling. Love it so so so much.

Gillian was very kind to open her home studio for me to try out the different designs that she carries in Olive Basics. By the time my husband and I arrived at the home studio, she already has the place prepared and welcomed us very warmly. Gillian also patiently goes through the inspiration behind each piece and the fit for my body shape, which I appreciate it a lot. Having worn the pieces, I can definitely say they are really comfortable! 👍 Highly recommend checking out her clothings!

I have become a big fan of Olive Basics after my first purchase of the Lydia dress. So much thought has gone into the designs to make functional and flattering clothing for women (not only mummies). The clothes can be worn many ways, are made of high quality materials, and are very comfortable. My order was also shipped super quickly even though Olive Basics was busy during Boutique Fairs. I also really appreciate how customer-centric Olive Basics’ founder Gillian is, especially in her sincere interest in connecting with customers. Will be making more purchases soon, and looking forward to wearing my Olive Basics for years to come!

I found out about Olive Basics when they launched their Kickstarter campaign and I honestly wasn't convinced at all. I mean, how good can a nursing tank be right?! Wow, I was proven so wrong when I finally saw them at the mothercare fair and felt the products myself. I was SOLD! I've been buying their products ever since. Every detail in their clothing is so purposeful. As a breastfeeding mum, there is always a need for clothes with easy access to your boob at all times but the clothes on the market are not the most fashion-forward after your breastfeeding journey ends. Gillian has designed a line of clothing truly for breastfeeding and beyond. No more clickity clasps and unsightly fabric flaps hanging over your chests. Thank you again, Gill, for your efforts and ensuring everything is perfect - from the design, to the materials and of course making sure every detail is so purposeful!

II discovered this brand only after delivering my second daughter, and I wish I had known about it during my first pregnancy. It’s perfect for the entire journey, from pregnancy through breastfeeding. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought into the design, and the quality and finishing of the pieces are excellent. The price is very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommend!

Effortlessly chic and functional nursing clothes. I love how a lot of their clothes are super well thought out, extremely smooth to touch, comfortable to wear and breathable for such a warm weather like Singapore! I don't think I've ever indulged in such SOFT clothes for MYSELF before, and having tried their clothes made me feel like a pampered baby all over again :") Was very blessed to be able to personally try these clothes in Gillian's home studio before investing in a few pieces. I think that really helped me to gauge my postpartum size, and convinced me that their clothes are worth every penny. As the saying goes in Chinese, "一分钱一分货". It's definitely worth every cent you pay!

Olive Basics has taken nursing outfits to a whole new level. Extremely comfy and functional, all while looking fashionable! I own the Esther tank, Lydia dress and the Hannah reversible dress, and I practically live in these outfits now. I would highly recommend every mother to try their clothes!

Olive Basics have got to be the best maternity/nursing wear I’ve chanced upon since I gave birth. The Esther Easy Latch Tank Top comes in such a wide variety of colours (I would have gotten almost all colour), not forgetting that it is really comfy and shapes the body real well! The best about this tank top is that it is a no bra tank top and the seamless padding just makes it a whole lot better. Not to forget that this tank top are reversible (switch between round or square neckline)! Not forgetting the Deborah Nursing Kimono Cardigan that I paired it with the tank top! The material is super soft and comfortable. It works well in covering when my baby is latching and how my sister used it as a blanket at home too cause the material is of top notch! Thanks so much for making amazing, pretty and comfy clothes for mummies and even if you are not a mummy to be, it fits all age group! Can’t wait for more releases!

Bought the Hannah dress and Cardigan as a set and have no regrets! The dress fitted me well during pregnancy and post, and I wore it to a photoshoot in light rain without worry because it was water resistant. The cardigan is my absolute must-have as it’s so multi-functional. I’ve used it as a nursing cover, as a stylish outer wear and also, as a sun cover for my baby while she sleeps in her carrier or pram. Can’t wait to own more pieces from Olive Basics!

Bought 2 dresses (Hannah & Ruth) and received it in great packaging! Love the thoughtfulness even in the packaging and the handwritten note. I personally tried the dresses and they are made out of such good quality and the design is well thought out. The feel of the fabric is so nice and feel good on the skin, love how everything has pockets, and it’s made to be functional and modern, making me look effortless and stylish. Thank you so much Olive Basics! I especially love joining the IG live to provide feedback and seeing how the designs get refined in the process. Will continue to wear them like mad and love them as they carry me to my new season ❤️

Functional clothes that’s easy to pick to wear any day!

Bought the kimono cardigan intending to use it as a nursing cardigan. However it came in very useful during confinement when I needed to cover up. Because the sleeves though not long sleeves it was able to provide coverage and breathability. Most importantly lol last minute when my parents appear at my house while I was breastfeeding I could easily cover up without panicking. Can tell a lot of thought was put through to come up with this design. Money well spent!! :)

Olive Basics serves up quality clothing for maternity (both pregnancy and nursing friendly). I own the Hannah Reversible Midi Dress in both colours. I enjoy how easy it is to nurse my daughter in public (the side zips and d ring straps are intuitive to use in public) and the best part is that the dress is water resistant! I also own the kimono cardigan which doubles up as a nursing cover - perfect for everyday wear and is discreet. Over all the items I have so far are of really amazing quality and I cannot recommend them more :)

Bought the co ord set from mummy’s market and I’m basically living in the outfit, being heavily pregnant at 33 weeks . It’s so comfy and stretchable , and best thing it looks so put together when I wear it. Would definitely add more of olive basics product to my collection!

Buy the skirt. Buy it in all colours. For someone that hardly goes to mother and baby fairs, and equally hardly buys “maternity/nursing” clothes, I’m glad I went down to one to take a look at the pieces in person. I walked away with not just 1, but three pieces of clothing (2 stretch skirts and the Lydia nursing dress on pre-order.) The skirt is incredible because the waistband and skirt is extremely comfortable which you’ll come to appreciate as you go into your third trimester. This reckoning was especially after I wore another elastic waistband skirt from another insta-known brand and was mentally lamenting about how much more comfortable the Leah Super Stretch skirt was. I call this skirt my pregnancy uniform and would buy a third colour in a heartbeat if they had one. The colours, although not my usual palette, are versatile to be paired with the padded tops from Uniqlo and their easy latch tanks (which I’m starting to eye!).

Very comfortable wear for breastfeeding moms, highly recommend!

Gillan has been really helpful and I love the dresses that fits nicely for all ocassion. Functional with pockets, great material, no ironing required and easy for breastfeeding.
