Great service! Quick turn around time and excellent communication from Vern. I drove by this place for years. Had I known then what I do now I’d of used him sooner. Six chains saw chains and six pretty beat up mower blades all for $105. A great deal by comparison since he honored my retired first responder status for a discount. Will use this service again and refer others. Good old school small home business!

Finding a good source for blade sharpening is not common, but look no further than Sharp Right. Vern handled my blades with care, and provided insight and knowledge that went above what was expected. I was incredibly satisfied with the cost and the results. Plus Jasper is a good boy, and is a welcomed sight any time I need to drop or pick up any blades. I'll be returning as often as my blades need a sharp edge.

Vern is the real deal. I took in a pretty beat up Indonesian machete - within 20 minutes it was restored and as sharp as a scalpel. Very reasonable prices.

Vern is awesome 👍. I picked up a used partially serrated SOG pocket knife recently that was in serious need of sharpening. I could have put an edge on the knife myself, but I wanted a pocket knife that was near razor sharp for my fishing needs. Vern was friendly and professional and most of all very good at the job of sharpening knives. He offered to sharpen my knife for $8, but he deserved a small tip for his quality work. I think what I enjoyed most from his service is his honesty and his old school way of thinking to satisfy the customer. You definitely deserve best wishes for your future work in your business. It was a pleasure working with you.

Took my chef knives here the first time I moved into the area after reading the reviews, and I've been going to him for a year now. I just give him a call, make an appointment and walk out of there 10 minutes later with my knives as sharp as they can be. Thanks again Vern!

Vern was so great to work with and did a fantastic job on my kitchen knifes, especially the serrated one. His prices are so reasonable too! I am going to go through my house and find other items that need sharpening, he does it all!

Vern did an OUTSTANDING job on our knives! They are now sharper than they have EVER been! He sharpened 3 paring knives, 3 butcher knives, a pair of scissors, and my old hunting knife I carried as an infantryman that dates back to 1967! Called him on a Saturday and he said swing by. He did all 4 of my blades in 20 mins. A couple of them are harder steel that can be a pain in the you know what to sharpen. Did a great job, will definitely be going back to see him. His prices are very fair. Thanks Vern!

The Service Operator is a Seasoned Salty Marine that knows his blade crafts, I am happily a repeat customer because I know the quality control of this sharpening service: Done right the first time, all the time. A fine mantra few sharpening folk genuinely take to heart to perform- Vern does, & it shows with every blade edge that returns from his workshop.

Took a collection of nine antique and vintage scissors to have sharpened and worked on. He did a fantastic job! Some of these are 125 year old family heirlooms, pinking shears and button hole makers. I’m so thrilled to have found a local, “old school” craftsman. I brought along my eight most used German, kitchen knives and they are so wonderfully brought back to the high standard they once were. The turn around time and prices were more than fair. Highly recommend this business.
