I recently visited Dr. Poles' office for a deep cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Poles and Sam carefully assessed my needs and took the time to explain everything to me. They were both incredibly kind and patient, which helped ease my nerves since it had been a while since my last cleaning. Dr. Poles made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and they provided me with a clear plan to follow moving forward. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist. So glad I found my new go-to place!

Dr. Poles and all the hygienists are great! They've taken great care of me so far and I've been really happy with their care and work so far. I've had bad experiences with dentist offices and I'm glad to find one I trust!

They are always quick in calling me when I arrive for the appointment, but the decor is off-putting with weird disembodied lips and teeth. They have a chair that attempts to massage your back that's honestly uncomfortable. Despite these awkward quirks the staff is professional and does a great job.

Bilus really knows his trade and is fully equipped to handle a wide array of mouth related issues. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a new dentist. I moved a bit and still make the 30 minute trip to his office just because I don't get the same kind of service elsewhere.
