I have worked with One Cloud Telecom since they started. I am a reseller of Telephony and broadband services and my very first concern was to ensure that, before even costs, support would be first-rate. Having known Fred and David for years, it was a no brainer that I would work with them. Years later, they still strive daily (and we do almost talk daily about our common clients!) to provide me with the best prices, and the amazing personal service that I have always known them for. I look forward to doing more of the same for many years to come.

Having dealt with a very large phone company that couldn't even supply us with a reliable basic phone service we turned to David and Fred after a recommendation. They have since supplied us with a phone service that not only covers our needs but also provides us with a personal service. They are always available at the end of the phone/email for advice and help and will come in for a site visit if needed. I would recommend them without any hesitation, if you want great customer service with a phone service that matches then they are the people for you.

As a business we have used One Cloud for well over 10 years. Their service levels and attention to detail are excellent, plus if there's anything they are unable to answer immediately you can be sure they will check and get back to you ASAP. I have recommended them to many and have had no hesitation in doing so.

Highly recommended for their excellent and very personal customer service. David and Fred have looked after us whilst on-boarding and ensured the new telephone system caters to all our needs as a small business. They have been friendly, patient, always on hand to help when needed and go above and beyond expectations for a telecoms provider. On top of that, the system has saved us money as money as well!

Excellent work from David and the whole team, very professional and solved our WiFi and telecommunication issues. During lockdown there was heavy demand on our Internet, it was crucial to have a reliable broadband for our residents to keep in touch with loved ones. Highly recommend their company as we now have a better WIFI connection throughout the homes.
