Please note, our pricing structure and 24/7 opening hours throughout this time are 2 different things. Our standard trade business hours are 7-3:30pm weekdays where our standard hours call out charges apply, whereas “after hours” premium charges apply to any emergency jobs we attend and resolve for our clients from 3:30pm up to 7am weekdays and on weekends. Good Afternoon Phoenix, We are sorry to hear of your review. We have done a number of jobs at your property previously with no issues. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we did not hear back from you until 38mins after our initial notification. At this point we received your SMS apologizing for the missed appointment/ attempts to contact you because you were asleep (with headphones on due to noisy renovation next door). So that our technician would not be late for his next booking, he had no choice but to leave after waiting outside, buzzing and calling a few more times prior to hearing from you. We advise all clients they must be available for the agreed time/ date otherwise fees do apply for missed appointments. As I am sure you can appreciate, it is quite standard for businesses to charge for missed appointments as the technicians attending still need to be paid their minimum call out fee to attend, travel to/ from the property and block the time out from doing any other paid jobs during that period. We have worked with your real estate agency for 8 years now and on the rare occasion where appointments are missed, these are invoiced and paid at the Tenants own expense. Our payment terms on the missed appointment invoice issued to you is 7 days. Thank you for kindly discussing with your agency and making payment today on that invoice.
