improved process and deliveries
Have noticed that in recent 12 months to 2 years, their order and delivery processes have improved significantly. Always a great selection on the website too and a good selection of sugar free options. I've nothing negative to say.

Crisps arrived badly crushed and reduced to crumbs with burst bags. I took photos and swept up but they refused to refund as they said that they could still be eaten! They were mostly powder and the ones that weren't were stale where the bags had been open. Awful customer service, would not use again.
