We ordered 2 entrée, and 2 kids meals, and it was a rough go all the way. Waited longer than normal for drinks, and one had to be remade.
When the food came, one of the meals had to be replaced, due to the burrito appearing "slimy" ( best way I can describe the way it looked) and grayish. The server offered a replacement, which took long enough to come that we ultimately declined.
The manager took a meal off and gave us a free queso, but it didn't cover the experience and the overall low quality of the food. Not to mention the fact that their prices are at a point the food isn't matching.
To end, we noticed the receipt today, and that there were some discrepancies on the check. Which meant another trip to the restaurant, where we found out things were rang in wrong and comp oddly to adjust for the mistakes on the bill. Overall, they're not what they were. Just our experience last night, be your own judge in all things. We won't be going back.

Ordered fajita nachos, there were no onions & peppers. My sister found hair in her food. That is the first and last time we will ever eat there.

It’s been a while since I’ve had OTB. Very pleased with the meal. It’s very cost friendly, especially when compared with a lot of other restaurants! I mean their appetizers for the stuffed jalapeños and empanadas were like $8-9 a piece. A lot of other places are changing double that for appetizers. Only thing negative I will say is they stopped carrying the mini chimis. Those were my favorite! Very disappointed they stopped making those!
