I purchased from Banting baker Gigi - Capetown branch and the delivery costs were too expensive. When I asked for a refund, I was ignored and i find this very disappointing and unethical business practice. I am still awaiting a refund for 3 weeks.

I am happy to have found the keto factory store. Some really nice products and some of the products are well priced. I’m looking forward to trying out some of the baked goodies and stocking up on a few things. The gentleman there was super helpful and friendly.

Please add a warning when selling your goods. My dog almost died when accidentally my milk tart fell on the floor and she ate some of it. She became violently sick, after a few hours I checked to see that xylitol was used and that this is deadly to dogs. We managed to get her just in time to the vet. It cost us R8000 in total. I would wish that this on no other pet owner. Please add the warning .

I was really disappointed by the shop especially with all the social media hype. I didn't recognise the staff members there and they were so completely uninterested in assisting me. (The lady at the till actually stood yawning and barely said anything to me, just handed me the card machine) Shop looked run down and was not well stocked and the prices were ridiculously high for some items - Almond Breeze milk which is around R39 in most shops was a whopping R69! I was hoping for the great experience people seem to rave about but in all honesty I don't think I'll be back. If your staff can't accurately represent your brand then you are either treating them badly or you have picked the wrong staff.

Good day I am terribly sorry to read this.. we were all in Durban at that time for the Grand opening of BBG k KZN and we were unfortunately on skeleton staff.. I will moat certainly take this up with them... Please understand, this is a factory shop, the products that we produce ourselves are discounted as that is where we are manufacturing, we are an online business, the store itself is not a luxury store in a shopping mall, it is a collection point for our members who choose to not get delivery.. I most certainly do not treat my staff badly, and this was unfortunately a very rare occasion where none of my management were present.

Super easy ordering process, my order came way faster than I ever expected and was so delicious and guilt free😍 I'll definitely be ordering again. Products are 100% genuinely good for you as my dad tested his sugar before and a few minutes after consumption and it didn't push his sugar levels up😁 so we are really impressed 💯

Lovely cheat free treats. The passion fruit cheesecake is simply the best. It's hard to even believe that it's healthy it's so delicious. It makes such a difference having some of Banting Gigi's treats when following a ketogenic diet as one doesn't feel deprived of sweet things. The delivery service is wonderful with a friendly drop off at your door. Highly recommended all round.
