I gave a 5 star because Dr. Steve is very thorough and kind. He made sure that I was comfortable during the dilation process of my eye exam. As long as he and his wife is at Optima Care I will continue to patronage.

ETA: Well, I did develop glaucoma, and Dr. Steve was still amazing about it. He's throughly explained my conditioin. He explained what could happen. He explained all the treatment options available to me. I, also, love our talks while he's updating our notes. He's so personable. I LOVE it. In addition to taking care of my eyes, he's now my son's eye doctor. If I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes, I'm certainly not trusting anyone else with my son's. (This is not to say the other doctor's aren't amazing. They are, I just prefer Dr. Steve.) The staff is still amazing. I'm still greeted by name. I'm still quickly seen and taken care of. Unless they close their office, I will not be going anywhere for my eyecare needs. There is a possibility that I could develop glaucoma, and Dr. Steve has been completely amazing about it. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes. He's always professional and very kind. The staff is always wonderful. They always greet me by name whenever I come in. I highly recommend coming to Optima Eyecare for your vision needs.

Don't expect them to call you back when you have a concern or questions!!!! "I will call you back right away" - 4 hours later, I called and they acted like "Why are you asking this question again, we don't take that insurance." All I said was why didn't you call me back and let me know, then she hangs up. Customer service?!?!?
