I Love coming to this place all the time

Mr. Ivan and the people who work inside the offices are very kind. But what a shame I can't say the same thing about the reception. I don't know if Hispanic people don't like it because in three years I've been doing my taxes. In that place, the despotic treatment has not changed. It is like the plague came to ask for charity. They look at each other with looks of contempt. I am not looking for looks of tenderness but a little kindness. But better. It is to avoid that place because with the money you can get other places with better treatment and for a lower price.

It’s been a decade since Thony and Yvon have been doing my taxes and also l on 2 or 3 occasions working on my family cases . I trust them , even I don’t have money they took care of me . Good ppl

on 2/3/24 i went and had my taxes done i had a great experience yvan took care of me I have been getting my taxes done at optimum for over 15 year now the staff has been very helpful and made my appointment go very smoothly thanks again team Optimum

The staff at Optimum Financial are very professional and Knowledgeable. I had a very large IRS tax debt and Mr Yvan Maxi through his expertise was able to resolve that debt significantly. Thank you.

Been filling my taxes there for over years. You can count on them. They treat you like family. Special thank you to Tony. You are the best!

I called with good manners to get a question answered about my taxes and instead got an attitude from the receptionist because she also couldn’t get me no details. Long story short she’s not focused on the customer only with herself. Also said my sons name three times for no reason walking through the office on my visit -he’s just only a kid born in 2013. Telling me “I know what I’m talking about” although I never aimed at the idea that she didn’t therefore it was no real reason for her to insult me all because I asked when the refund might arrive. The receptionist was unprofessional and rude. I came into my appointment three minutes late because I use nj transit public transportation and the two people in the reception insulted me. They don’t work together. Thony shouldn’t have had to take my call. Although he has given me the reason that she’s received many calls that is injustice to me and none of my business. If there is no good answer for the customer staying calm and doing what’s best leaves a better impression. I was having a good day. Maybe it was a language barrier but doubtful because when I was in the office everyone spoke English. I think the receptionist in the front did not realize her bad attitude but it got myself angry enough to write this review because it matters. This is going to make it tough to come back. I may change the review furthermore.

5 stars all the way...Ivan does my taxes ever year and every year I'm satisfied with his service. He is a good man with a good company and employees.

I have been coming to Optimum for 6+ years. I have no complaints they are always so helpful and really help me understand my taxes and find money that would’ve been left on the table. Friendly staff and Thony is the best when helping me and family members get our taxes done every year!!!

I have been a customer to this company for the past 15 years, I have no other thing to say. Excellent, excellent. As you all know human being can not be perfect, that's why I say they almost perfect in what they do. It's amazing how they help their customers and the staff is also amazing. I have been going to optimum financial and tax services for so long. Therefore, I don't have nothing to complaint about their services. They're very professional, enjoyable. They are really up-to-date . I recommend anyone who has to file their taxes, immigration, bills payment etc. Go there you will satisfy and happier 😊 🙂 ☺️

This is a great place where I get my tax done. Yvan Maxi have been doing my taxes over 10 years and providing perfect customer service.

I've worked with Yvan at Optimum Financial for over 10 years and wouldn't even think of going where else, He asks questions that end up making my refund soooo big! You have to call him so he can do the same for you!

They took my money and delivered nothing in return but promises . One whole year and nothing. I had to call and get my own resolution from the IRS . Thanks for nothing. I feel I’ve been robbed
