First time when I was dealing with this company for a dryer repair everything went fine. Second time for washing machine repair was just frustrating. One hour before an appointment they canceled it and postponed to the next day. Next day handyman was one hour late. Later in report they told me they can't fix the drum so I have to get new appliance. For washing machine repairs it's waste of money to call them for a job.

Good Morning. I just wanted to let you know that your service is EXCELLENT. I found it so easy to book a repair on line.
The on-line receipt with the cost broken down and a link to pay was very efficient.
To top it off, the text message on the day, letting me know that you were running a little behind (30 minutes), was so decent.
Will definitely use your services again and would highly recommend. It was my first time using this service on-line but it was extremely efficient and very clear.
