A fantastic adventure made possible by some very experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and engaging guides. Chris and William were great and the spots we went to were breathtaking. Truly an unforgettable experience. When we go back to one of the most beautiful places on earth, we will be sure to use Palau Dive Adventures.

I highly recommend Palau dive adventures! There were so many dive shop options, but so happy we went with them. All of their amazing five star reviews almost seem unbelievable, but they truly deserve these ratings. We could only dove with them for two days, but we did everything we wanted to. They’re a smaller dive shop so they provided a great personable experience. We had a total of four divers and two dive masters. They helped set up all our gear too. They truly think of everything a diver could need - even windbreakers to protect us after dives. The staff is so knowledgeable and accommodating - Christian, Maurice, Jayvon, and Adam. I had a malfunction with my gear, but I was in great hands. The five star service extended out of the water too - Jan, the concierge, was amazing too - had great recommendations and chauffeured us to restaurants and shops after the dives. I’m recommending Palau dive adventures to all my friends!

I went diving with PDA at the beginning of July 2024, and have nothing but great things to say about my experience. I was not in Palau for too long, so only did 2 days of diving, but I thoroughly enjoyed all 6 of my dives. Chris, our dive instructor/guide took great care of us, and made sure to curate the dives to our requests. He was friendly and experienced. The crew, Chavin and David, were also great. The boat was spacious and comfortable, and the rental equipment was all excellent. Something to note, PDA did not have a physical dive shop in Palau as far as I know, during my visit to Palau. The location on google is outdated. I would not hesitate to go with them again when I return to Palau. Diving in Palau surpassed my expectations.

Went to Palau in May2024 from Guam. My friend and I had a fabulous time with PDA. Marcus and Chris were incredible guides. We felt very safe the whole time. Jan was amazing in coordinating everything for us and anticipating even our smallest needs. Jason and Shogun were very friendly and knowledgeable captains. We can't wait to recommend PDA to all our friends in Guam. This dive company provided top notch service. Communication prior to arriving was so easy and even when we had a two day flight delay they rebooked everything without issue, including the hotel. Recommend staying at Royal or Cove—they picked us up at the dock every morning with everything ready to go. They coordinated dinner arrangements and transportation which was included. This was an incredible experience. 10/10 recommend!

Booking a Breeze Booking with Palau Dive Adventures was a breeze. Grace, their amazing customer service rep, made the entire process easy and stress-free. She responded promptly to all my questions, clearly explained everything, and accommodated any requests I had. Emails were answered within 24 hours, often within minutes. They even provided a clear invoice outlining all the charges. Relaxation at the Palau Royal Resort We stayed at the Palau Royal Resort, and it was fantastic. The private beach and beautiful pool were perfect for post-dive relaxation. We opted for the breakfast buffet package, and the food was consistently delicious with daily variety. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a balcony, mini-fridge, and a well-stocked bathroom with toiletries. One minor drawback was the cost of lunch, dinner, and cocktails outside of breakfast. While Palau is generally on the expensive side, seven dollars for a canned Coke seemed excessive. Luckily, there was a convenient mini-mart across the street for drinks and snacks. Exceptional Service Makes the Difference Palau Dive Adventures truly shined when it came to service. Jan, our concierge, went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience on land. He picked us up at the airport, made restaurant reservations, arranged relaxing massages after dives, and even provided transportation to and from dinners. There was truly nothing he wouldn't do to make our stay enjoyable. Comfortable Boat, Knowledgeable Captains Captains Jacob and Allen were outstanding. Safety was always their top priority, and they ensured a fun and comfortable experience for everyone on board. The boat itself was well-equipped with all the necessary safety gear. Captain Jacob's knowledge of Palauan history and local life added another layer to the experience, and his restaurant recommendations were spot on! Captain Allen was a great help getting everyone in and out of their dive gear. Unforgettable Diving with a Top-Notch Divemaster Now, let's talk about the real star of the show: the diving! Chris, our divemaster, was worth his weight in gold. Safety was paramount during every dive, with detailed briefings and clear hand signal reviews. Chris expertly navigated the dive sites, ensuring we encountered ideal conditions and minimal crowds. While avoiding other divers entirely is rare at popular sites, there were many instances where we had the entire dive site to ourselves. Within minutes of my first dive, I was greeted by the awe-inspiring sight of a shark and a majestic manta ray! A Word to New Divers For inexperienced divers, consider gaining some experience (ideally 50 dives in various conditions) before tackling Palau.Additionally, having your advanced open water certification and enriched air nitrox qualification is recommended. The strong currents and some deeper dives can be challenging for those unfamiliar. Minor Website Update Needed The only minor criticism I have is that the dive schedule on the website might not reflect your actual itinerary. We ended up doing 15 dives over five days, exceeding the website's advertised schedule. While I certainly don't mind more diving, a website update would ensure clearer expectations. One other tip - bring your own dive torch, even if they say it's not necessary. We found ourselves wishing we had them on a couple of occasions, although the boat did have spares available. A Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience Our Palau Dive Adventures trip was truly unforgettable. They exceeded all our expectations and made us feel like the most important guests in Palau. While we have other dive destinations on our bucket list, Palau Dive Adventures will definitely be our choice when we return. We highly recommend them for an exceptional dive experience!

Our family of 4 had a very good experience diving with PDA. It all started with the very prompt and responsive reservations support provided by Grace. The dive instructor, Christian and dive guides, Marcus and Jay are very experienced and took excellent care of us even though we had varying levels of diving experience. They always made sure that we were thoroughly briefed before each dive which was very important. We liked it that our boat was not packed with divers, unlike the other operations we saw. The bento lunches were seriously good. We kid you not! Jan was extremely punctual in picking us up throughout the week and even helped with car rental to explore the island. On our last day, he sent our dive gear, washed and dried to our hotel. We stayed at Palau Central Hotel which was really central to everything, restaurants, shops, supermarkets. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel staff were very accommodating as well! Overall, we have enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. If we go back to Palau, we will dive with PDA again.

PDA will provide you with a great scuba experience. Chris, Jayven, and Mark were personable, professional, experienced and made for five days of great diving. Jan was prompt with the morning pickup and drop off and super helpful. They know the area well and make sure to choose the best dive spot based on tides, currents, time of year, and where the sea life will be. You also get a good bento box lunch each day. The dive groups are kept small so you're not being herded like cattle onto the boats and have plenty of space. Good staff, no hidden fees, the equipment is well maintained. I highly recommend. My only regret is not getting a picture with the crew. I will definitely come back.

I had a great experience with PDA. The office was very responsive to my emails in the booking process. The boat was comfortable and equipment was well-maintained. We even got towels and raind/wind jackets id necessary. It is great that they take you out early, so that we were the first ones on the dive site. The staff and crew were attentive, helpful, really friendly and professional. I enjoyed my stay a lot and hope to be back one day!

Diving with PDA was the best decision we made during our trip to Palau! The divemasters, guides, and boat crew were knowledgable, welcoming, and all around great people. They were able to accommodate a variety of skill levels on board and made everyone feel safe and confident in the water. The staff was incredibly helpful and flexible and let me add on an additional day of diving at the last minute. Palau is beautiful and not to be missed for any diver so if you want to have the most memorable trip definitely book with PDA.

I did 18 dives over 6 days. This was my third time to Palau and second time with Palau Dive Adventures. They are simply outstanding; the boats are very well set up, their knowledge of local dive sites and more importantly selecing the best dive site for the prevailing conditions; weather and tides is superb. They are very accomodating for different experince levels. Snacks, lunch, water, coffe, rain jackets and towels are provided every day. Dive guides and boat drivers are second to none and they provide very personalized service. I thoroughly enjoyed diving with PDA and would recommend the outfit with no reservations.
