I just had PB Countertops install quartz countertops & window sills in my kitchen. Ariana was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Amber was very nice and helpful as well. The gentleman who took the measurements was professional and courteous! The guys who installed the tops were very nice and did an awesome job! Everything was done within the expected time-frame. My husband and I are very happy with the outcome!

My wife sent me with a picture of what she wanted our new kitchen to look like, Amber told me exactly what the product was by name and took me right to it. They came and measured immediately and had everything expertly installed and everything was exactly perfect! The installers were true craftsmen and totally professional. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen!

We contracted Palm Beach Countertops to fabricate a counter for one of our bathrooms vanities. We gave them a 50% deposit and were told that it would take 2 to 3 weeks at the most. Bear in mind this is longer than the rest of the industry. Standard around here is 7 to 10 days to fabricate a counter. We found a nice piece and decided to go with them. Bear in mind it took five or six visits to the store to get the slab picked out and committed to. These people do not answer their phone. They do not return phone calls and getting them to return a text is like pulling teeth. All said and done. We gave them a deposit and waited two weeks. After two weeks was up I called them (texted) And they told me it would be another 4 to 6 weeks. Unable to get anybody on the phone or text, I drove down there and saw my slab still sitting in the same place from the day we went there three weeks ago. At that point, I got an argument with Amber and asked her to cancel the order and refund me my money. These people do not understand whar customer services means. I took my business elsewhere.

Amber was awesome. She is an expert with great advice. Her installation team did a great job. Neat, clean and a professional installation. Don't waste your time with other places this should be your only stop.

Your installers were great. Very detailed and made sure things lined up. I don’t know if they were supposed to put the electrical outlets back. They did in the bathroom but not the kitchen Maybe your company should consider having someone (a plumber) available to coordinate the sinks and countertop so the job on be all done at once.

Did what they said they’d do at the price they said they’d do it at on the day they said they’d do it. What else could you ask for? Ariana was excellent

I had a top notch experience at Palm Beach Countertops. I chose the business based on all the terrific Google reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. As some others have stated, it can be hard to reach them by phone, so I drove directly to the business to browse the countertops. The have a vast inventory of large pieces to choose from. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The measuring and installation crew showed up as promised. Price was exactly as discussed. I would use them again for sure!

Trying to determine if this place is still in business. After reading all the glowing reviews, I would have liked to discuss my project. However, after multiple forms of outreach over a week and a half, nobody has replied. I filled out the form on the website with my information, no reply. A few days later I tried emailing to the address they have listed under “contact” on the website, no response. I then texted the business number. When you call, it states they don’t take voice messages, so “text this number for faster service”. Again, no reply. If it’s this hard to even speak with someone for an impending project, I would hate to think what communication is like when you actually have a project. Very disappointing
