Amazing location and customer service. Very helpful staff. ☺ Amazing customer service! ☹ The description was different. In fact, when I received the email to rate the property, there was a photo of the flat we supposedly rented.

Wonderful ☺ Excellently equipped apartment, in such a location that you can walk everywhere except the beach.

Stay in Valencia old town ☺ Check in/out very easy and straightforward. Communication was excellent and any queries I had were quickly dealt with. We arrived early and were able to check in ahead of time. The apartment was spotless and everything in it was as new. Air conditioning was great and lovely to come back to! Being able to leave our luggage in storage on the last day was great as we had a late flight. ☹ It was a bit of a trek to get to the beach from the apartment as we had to walk to the nearest metro (about 10 mins walk) and then change from metro to tram. The journey took around an hour each way. However the location was great for seeing the old town, close to everything. One thing that I didn't like was the grubbiness of the streets near the apartment and old town in general. The pavements were very dirty and stained with evidence from the night before! Also there was graffiti everywhere!

Ottima esperienza ☺La struttura era in centro. A 5 minuti dalle migliori attrazioni . Dietro il mercato centrale . Casa perfetta , pulita ed accogliente. Se posso trovare un unica critica può essere il bagno in camera . Se siete 4 persone può esserci solo questo piccolo inconveniente. Nient'altro da dire . ☹Unica pecca il bagno in camera. Se si è in 4 può esserci solo quella scomodità. Per il resto tutto perfetto .

Net, schoon en goede locatie! ☺Ik kreeg na het uitchecken een telefoontje en bericht dat ik mijn portemonnee vergeten was. Heel erg vriendelijk geholpen om hem weer op te halen. Erg netjes en betrokken!

Exceptional ☺ Location, comfortable, had all the amenities I needed plenty of towels. Spacious storage space was perfect ie closets ☹ It needs a few hooks or towel bar for the bathroom.

Very enjoyable with all my needs met. Thank you. ☺ It was clean and spacious with everything that I needed. Check in and out was smooth and being able to leave luggage on the last day was great. ☹ The shower faced into the shower curtain so water went on the floor. It would be better either to place the shower rose not facing the curtain or to install a proper shower door. This was not a major problem, however, just a suggestion for improvement.
