The chicken and rice was not good and not fresh either.

Just leaving here. I ordered 2 plates and a bowl. Got to checkout, realized the bowl was made with noodles instead of rice. Told the lady that made it she said “you said noodles..” I said well I did say noodles for 1 plate but the bowl was rice”. She again said “you said noodles..” I literally just had to walk out of there with the wrong order!? Like what?? I was STILL IN LINE when I told her??! I’m a biz owner in Franklin and was going to use you for my Xmas staff party of 100 guests. Not now, this was so ridiculous! You really shld tell the short older lady in there tonight that she shldnt argue with guests that are just making sure their order is right. I said “I mean if you’re making me keep the wrong food, I guess I will?” She just stood there and said “you said noodles”. I’m baffled by it! Wow, customer service is a mess here.

Disgusting! After a long day of work , just wanted to pick up dinner. The beef and broccoli taste like plastic, almost like they froze and reheated it in plastic. The orange chicken was hard. I would have took this back to the restaurant, but it’s cold windy and snowing! I don’t recommend this area. Food isn’t fresh.

Staff is rude. They act like they don’t like serving Blacks. They’re not friendly at all. Been in there a few times and was treated very poorly. They have no customer service skills at all! Very rude!!

They pile on the food when you go drive thru route. I witnessed this from the line on the inside 😂

to go order, did not give us all of our food. did not give the proper sauce. food was okay would have been better if we got what we paid for update: just got really bad chicken. wanted to try this location again. the chicken was not like it usually is at panda. it was dark grey, gritty, fatty, disgusting. ruined my meal. not worth the $18 that we paid.

Good Chinese food that you don't need to wait long for

Very nice place, there's a staff there name Vickie, love her known her for 5 years of going there. The place us very cool, ngl the teriyaki chickens texture is like jello.

Panda is pretty middle of the road. Nothing special, average food. I like their orange chicken and chow mein. I ate a whole plate of that for breakfast (yeah I know) and was still full by dinner time. 6.5/10
