They were friendly, quick and super helpful!! They helped me get a Microsoft app installed that wasn't on their approved list of apps. Since it was safe, and in the Microsoft suite of app offerings they were able to review for separate approval and get it installed. For reference, the app is called "Bionic Reading" and it notably increases my reading speed and comprehension.
