I started seeing Parita earlier this year, first time seeing a Reiki practitioner. From the very first instant, I could feel a difference. It helped me feel more grounded and observe myself and others more objectively - helping with being more aware of myself. It is a very relaxing session typically and Parita offers feedback and suggestions to follow based on our individual needs. These are truly precious! She is really gifted!

Parita has been so helpful with my healing journey. She has helped shed light on things that have left me in the past emotionally wrought and drained. After working with her I am feeling more balanced and clear. If you are feeling unbalanced and are feeling called to cleanse your chakras and desire healing on a deeper level, I highly recommend Parita.

Parita's Reiki sessions have been truly remarkable. To date, I have had one in-person and two virtual healing sessions. Over the course of three months, I have seen a shift in my thinking/thought patterns. Most importantly, Parita has provided healing on all three levels - physical, mental, and emotional. With this, she provides you with a gateway to the spiritual/divine realm that is surrounding us. I highly recommend her services. It has brought so much positivity in to my life and I am sure it will for you too.

Parita Shah. Wow what to say. Honestly this has been one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve had in my life to this date. I went in a bit skeptical, but she was able to make me a true believer by the end of our session. She was able to call out each part of me that I felt and that blew my mind especially since our session was over the phone. She knew exactly where I harbored most of my pain, and thanks to her I feel like myself again the person I was before I locked up and got blocked. I stumbled into working with Parita purely on instinct. I work in Midtown Manhattan, and was looking for a Reiki/Healing practitioner. I practice/teach yoga, am familiar with energy healing and knew I was looking for something specific. Believe it or not Reiki and Chakra Healing are not all inclusive with most practitioners. Some I contacted needed more than one appointment to do the work Parita and I do in a 50 minute session. This and the location of the NYC office (near most trains/subways/buses) made my choice very easy. My sessions with Parita have been consistently wonderful and full of exploration. Her manner with her clients is incredibly gentle. If she’s ever had a bad day, a headache, or anything personal going on you’ll never know it. She’s 100% focused and there for her clients. She’s also very transparent about what’s going on throughout the session. She communicates the sometimes grey area of “energy” with complete clarity in ways that feel very black and white. Lastly, Parita sweetly delivers the healing you need without pushing an agenda of a specific modality of practice. Everyone’s reasons for seeking our Reiki are different, as are the results. The bottom line is you’re in the best of hands with Parita.

So its not often I ever right a review but I feel its important to share with you all how wonderful she is and if you are deciding who to go to then i can advocate she is your girl. I went in truly not expecting anything but knowing full well I wanted to try energy healing. Now at first I was sceptical and not sure what to expect. I have to tell you I immediately felt her energy and presence. It was strong and powerful and she channelled so much of my energy it was unreal. She even brought up issues and loved ones that she couldnt of possibly known about. I will say I am extremely receptive to others energies so Im not surpirsed this worked so well for me. However if you have an open mind and heart then i would advise anyone to go see her. Energy is one of the biggest things in the universe and for some reason we chose to neglect it. She is so gentle and kind and even with two sessions my body feels different...open, and ready and shifted. She is a true healer.

Parita is amazing. Her energy healing really works and the messages that came up were spot on! I always left each reiki session feeling relaxed and calm. I would def recommend her - we all need a good cleanse sometimes :-)

Parita is a true healer and an excellent listener. I felt comfortable and HEARD during our reiki session. I felt relaxed when I left and slept really well after the session. I will be sending my clients to her if any of them should need reiki healing in the future. I can't recommend Partia enough!
