I can highly recommend Park City Consulting, during the 2000’s I was a general manager at The Finishing Company, I had only just joined the company and I quickly identified there was a lack of compliance and legalisation particular within the workforce, which needed to be addressed quickly, I came across Park City at a business network meeting and after an initial meeting on our premises Park City came back with a proposal, in which we agreed to start using their HR services. Over a short period of time, we really started to see changes in our business, which helped us immensely not only just for the management team, but more importantly for our 430 employees.
