Parker County Cooling and Heating provided a thorough review and diagnostics of an old HVAC system that was failing. David gave a detailed review of the components and explained what the risks were to continued use and the costs for repair along with an assessment of likely future maintenance. Following a previous inspection the news wasn't surprising and was consistent with another vendor. Jeremy took time to sit and walk through replacement options to determine our needs and budget. The personal touch of a local business is important, especially when the trend with large, regional or national businesses is little to no customer care.

The installation crew was excellent and they communicated about the project and answered all questions about the system configuration, set up, and use. The leads made a point to discuss specific conditions that required decisions or variations to the install to meet the unique circumstances of this house.

The experience gave us confidence that the new AC, furnace, air scrubber, and smart thermostat were a great fit for upgrading to a highly efficient system in our home. We are very pleased with Parker County Cooling and Heating and highly recommend their services.

We highly recommend Parker County Cooling and Heating! They were very professional when they came out to give an estimate on the work. They did not use pushy sales tactics. They came and completed the work sooner than planned. They cleaned up after themselves when they left, as well. These guys were amazing! Their customer service is above board. Parker County Cooling and Heating has been my HVAC company for the past 2 years. I have an AC maintenance check every year. I'm extremely happy with the services they perform. They are fast and friendly. I believe they are the best AC repair technicians in the business.

I've had this company service my A/C and heat pump three times (two maintenance appointments and one repair), and each time, they've been respectful, punctual, and reliable. When my unit stopped working at the beginning of the summer, they showed up immediately and provided quality work. During servicing, they thoroughly measure the unit, clean reachable areas, take photos of any issues, and give me advance notice of potential problems so I can plan ahead and save for future repairs.

Their annual membership program, which includes spring and fall visits, may be slightly higher than others by about $25 per visit, but the discount on parts for unexpected repairs more than makes up for it.

It’s great to know that a young, local company is delivering excellent service to Parker County residents and providing jobs for workers who truly want to be part of a company that cares for its employees. Thank you so much for all that you do!

Our HVAC stopped heating the house properly in February. We called PCCH hoping they could help us fix the issue. We unfortunately got bad news that the issue was worse than we thought. The guys were so nice making sure we would be able to stay warm enough until we could get a replacement unit.
