Had a good experience. Repairman arrived promptly and repair was done the next day. Prices reasonable and comparable to other HVAC companies, however, estimate fee lower than other places which is a plus. Would use again.

The team of technicians from Park Ridge Plumbing and Heating replaced our 32 year old furnace. They explained our options in "layman" terms and quoted fair rates. They provided a good service for boiler repair. The expert they sent was nice and professional. He perfectly explained what was wrong with the boiler and how he was going to fix it. Charges were reasonable. If the need arises, we would surely be giving them more business in the future.

We had two heating units in need of repair. This company sent their top guy for the job. He knew a lot about furnaces and boilers. He took his time diagnosing the units. Fixing the units took time because one of the units needed a replacement part that was not available in our city. He had to order it and came back to install it two days later. Everything went well. Great service!

Called these guys in a panic(called about everybody down the Google list!) they were they only ones who called me back to squeeze me in!! My ac was out my dog was hot as hell and we needed help ASAP!!! but the fact that these guys called back to squeeze me on the schedule when I was desperately in need of help is so amazing I will definitely keep them in mind when I do need them!!! If you are looking for a great plumber at a fair price give this company a call.We remodeled a master bath and needed the utilities relocated so we gave them a call. A Tech shows up when the customer rep said he will and he shows the utmost respect for your home and your time.The bathroom turned out great!

They fixed a leaking hot and cold tub/shower faucets at our house in a professional manner. He not only fixed the problem but clearly explained to us what was wrong so that we could fix it ourselves in the future. This took less than an hour. Great service!
