Jeff Porter, Rob and the team at Parkside pools have been amazing to work with. From their attention to detail and craftsmanship. Their communication and way they handle things is next to none. I am looking forward to working with them on many pools to come in the future. If you have a pool you need built these are the guys!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!

I had a pool with tanning ledge built this summer and cannot say enough about Parkside Pools! During construction there was plenty of communication keeping me updated on progress. We were delayed by about 2 weeks, due to the consistent rain we had this spring, but that is to be expected in Nashville. My neighbors all came by throughout the process as well and commented on the quality of work. After install was completed, I hired a pool cleaner and he commented that you don’t generally see the high quality pump that was installed. All of this is great, but the cherry on the top is how the team from Parkside treated my son throughout the construction process. They genuinely went above and beyond in every interaction and my son still talks about Rob, Connor and Jeff like they are his friends! 10/10 recommend Parkside Pools!!!

We highly recommend Parkside Pools if you are considering a build. We did our due diligence with a few options and the team from Parkside was able to not only accommodate a larger pool but one with upgraded options within our budget. Our original plan was for a 14x30ft. They spent time with us going through various designs, and we ended up going with a the larger 15’8 x40ft fiberglass design with integrated hot tub! Upgrades included 4 programable color-changing led light, salt-system, heater, and automation. Jeff and Brady were excellent! Once building started things moved quick, walkthrough of project and introduction to our project manager Jon. Text thread was created with the sales team, Rob- office manager scheduling, and Jon-PM. They walked us through and answered questions throughout the process. Mid-project they accommodated a design change and we were able to move our existing fire bowl to different location. Pool Shell- Crane Day was exciting for all. We were able to meet the owner and team who came out to make sure things went without a hitch. Upon completion things got a little complex regarding fencing and landscaping but the team’s flexibility on everything made the challenge easy to navigate. So saying it again, we highly recommend the team at Parkside for your build!

Words cannot describe how amazing our pool build with Parkside Pools was. We absolutely loved the experience from start to finish. I brag to all our neighbors about how amazing it was. Jeff worked with us over a year (coming out multiple times to meet with us) while we pondered the project; never once did we feel pushed or that we were wasting anyone’s time. In fact, he did a half dozen mockups for us without hesitation as we just couldn’t make up our minds. After deciding to move forward, Jeff was readily available to help answer any questions and/or provide necessary documentation to help push the project through our HOA approval process. Once the building process was underway (30 days from signing the contract) the joint group chat made all the difference. There was no he said/she said, there was no “I didn’t know we needed …”, and so on. The group chat took the ease out of guessing what was going on and ensured everyone remained not only on the same page but on task as well. Communication is super important to us with any construction project, and they nailed it! From their daily / weekly updates to just a check in, we never felt like our pool wasn’t the most important project they had going on at the time. The workers were always there when they said they would be, and if not, they made up the time elsewhere and had a good reason why the schedule changed, although that rarely occurred. They were neat and cared about the street presence as well; our neighbors repeatedly commented on how well they tidied up the job site each day before heading out; everyone was very respectful. We were very blessed with incredible weather; therefore, they were even able to finish our job ahead of schedule. The entire process from start to finish was a ton of fun! It was an incredible group of guys to work with and we are sad (but not sad) that the project came to an end. I am not sure that anyone else could have brought my vision for the pool & patio to life like Parkside Pools did. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

Jeff Porter and his team at Premier Pools and Spas were absolutely incredible to work with and customize our beautiful inground pool and hot tub!! They were professional and kept us informed and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

We are beyond satisfied with Premier Pools and Spas of Nashville! From initial communications to design, through construction and completion…everything just worked out beautifully! Special shout out to Jeff Porter, he worked with us, worked with our space and budget and was able to design a pool for us that exceeded expectations. Robert and Jon were amazing in constructing the design without flaw and walking us through every step. We did talk with other companies but NO ONE had the vision or design ability to make our dream come true the way Premier Pools and Spas did. We HIGHLY recommend PPAS of Nashville! Not only did we get the pool we wanted but we feel we also gained friends, extended family even! Thank you all soooo much!!!
