There are so many wonderful things about our experience with Parlato Catering. With only four days notice, we were scrambling to find a caterer who was available to provide a luncheon for 75 to 100 people for a reception following my Mother’s funeral. Three caterers turned us down. When we called Parlato’s Catering, we spoke directly to Sonia and she got right to work with ideas for us to look over, even though she was having a VERY busy week providing for her clients. She understood quickly that planning the reception was overwhelming for us so she gave us her suggestions because she has extensive experience and she knew what would work best. Sonia offered to provide two servers to bring all the food, trays, tablecloths etc to the facility; they worked feverishly to get everything plated beautifully and displayed on the serving tables. They were most attentive to anything that needed replenishing as they served our guests. This exceptional service provided by Sonia’s team, gave us lots of time to get around to all the guests as we visited with Mom’s relatives and friends. There were so many wonderful comments from guests about the delicious options of food and everyone was well fed. There were no worries about having enough food for all and there was a perfect balance of items provided for us. Sonia showed us incredible kindness and patience as she put together the plan for the day. This gave us so much comfort. Her willingness to take this on, on such short notice, providing delivery into Brampton from Oakville AND service from these two wonderful servers, and all the delicious food, tea and coffee, beautifully prepared and displayed, was exceptional and we were incredibly grateful! We highly recommend Parlato Catering to others. Thank you Sonia for giving SO MUCH of yourself and for the extra work you went through planning this for us. You are AMAZING!

We had a wonderful experience working with Parlato's catering. The food was delicious, the price was very reasonable, but by far the best part was the people. The staff member hired to cater our event was very friendly and professional. She received so many compliments from our guests. The staff that helped organize before and after were also extremely polite and great to work with! Thank you to the entire team at Parlato's :)

Sonia is very responsive and organized, offering great suggestions, and making sure all of the details are handled expertly. The food was beautifully prepared and each hors d'oeuvre that came out was tastier than the last. I can't say enough great things about Lina, Otis, Maria and the chefs. What a team! Thanks to all for making our events so easy to host!

Unfortunately, my husband and I have made several attempts to reach out to gather further information and book but communication is severely lacking. Emailing, calling, voice messages and finally having to reaching out through Instagram. I was told they would get back to us within the hour… days passed. Incredibly unprofessional. Disappointing
