Due to a data administration error during the migration between patent annuity portfolio management companies one of our patents was overlooked for paying our 3.5 year maintenance fee. We only discovered this oversight since we were going through discussions with two parties interested in acquiring our patent portfolio! Vic and his team turned around our appeal to the USPTO to reinstate our patent within 24 hours! Such a great experience and definitely saved me heartache. The two organizations I am in discussion with for acquisition didn't even notice the lapse the turnaround was so fast to fix this oversight. Thanks Vic and team!
