I am so disappointed in this company and I wish I would have chosen differently.
Over the phone, we were told it would be about $400-$600 for our locks and $29 trip fee. We were told there were no other hidden fees and that’s what to expect. It was a larger range for a quote but we were ok with it.
Upon completion of our locks we were charged $1,800+! We were charged for too many locks, not refunded for those locks , and it’s been 3 weeks and no one will call me back.
I’ve called 4 times to talk to management and every time I’m told “someone will call you back immediately” and no one ever does.
I don’t want anyone to have the same experience as us. It feels like we were stolen from and taken advantage of. I really wish I would have chosen differently.
Still waiting for our refund, for being charged for locks we didn’t have and for someone to call me back 3 weeks later.
If you’re looking for a reputable locksmith, look somewhere else.
