Payroll Partners has been so helpful with their implementation for my company. Specifically, Kailin Brauch has been very responsive to us and helpful to us! Of course, their whole company has been that way with supporting our needs. This has made us feel very good about our switch from a bigger company that was very hard to get connected with when we had any needs.

Payroll Partners has been incredible to work with. Matt Flynn, Kailin Brauch, Sheridan Dawson, Kari-Lyn Ballinger, Angie Appleby and Lisa Roark have all been instrumental in our implementation and continued support as we have introduced and utilized the system with our team. We are a multi-state organization and they have ensured our tax implications have been cared for, all compliance is checked and all payroll processes have been a breeze! Our ACA compliance has become so easy to deal with because of this system and I cannot recommend them enough!

Payroll Partners has been an absolute revelation to us here at Level 6. We are a cybersecurity startup in Cincinnati dealing with all of the typical challenges small businesses face. We've had extremely frustrating experiences with prior big-name national payroll providers who were unwilling or unable to be helpful while charging us a ton of money. Moving to PPI, and especially working with Kailin Brauch during our implementation, has been fantastic. I recently switched from a larger payroll company to Payroll Partners, it has been the best move I've made for my business in many years. Having a great representive like McKenzie Wagner to set up my account, walk me through the payroll process and be accessible any time I had a ridiculous question....which is very often is a blessing compared to my previous payroll company. McKenzie basically held my hand throughout the entire process to get me comfortable using the software to submit my payroll. Also Payroll Partners is saving me quite a bit of money with much better customer service. I would recommended any small business owner looking to save money and get great customer service to give Payroll Partners and McKenzie a chance.
