I love working with the professionals at PC Pros. My PC was hacked and they were able to make the changes to keep me safe!!!

Picked up their pre-built on the lower end. But its really not your standard lower end pre-built. $1000 and they let me spec it out how I wanted. 2tb drive, 32gb ram. Knowledgeable, cared what I wanted out of it and quick turn around for me to just walk in and ask for different parts to be added. Oh also sold me an older gpu for my optiplex to get it running better. I will update this review after running the PC for a while. A+

On January 15, 2024 I went to PC pros wanting to buy a gaming PC when I walked in the store. I expressed that I wanted to purchase a desktop PC that could run call of duty Warzone as well as streaming service. The owner had found a PC that was $757 and guaranteed me that it would run call of duty with no problem took it home. It would not run call of duty the CPU and graphics card We’re not up to par so I called the store and they said I would need to upgrade to the ryzen five because it only came with the risen 4 so I took it up there And I had to pay for the upgrade. Took it home and once again it still would not run call of duty due to low RAM and the graphics card not being a good enough quality so I decided to switch back to Xbox. It has been exactly one year and I figured hey maybe I’ll upgrade this thing and get a better PC so I call PC pros thinking hey they might have something nice in stock I asked if I could trade in for store credit and purchase a better computer from them. The guy I was talking to Had no idea what we could do so we had the owner call me back and the owner offered me a whopping Dollars over the phone for the PC that he charged me $750 for a year ago mind you this PC has been used twice. I told him i was not expecting what i paid for the pc back and was okay with losing some money on it because i have had it in my possession for a year but when he said 200 i about died lol 10/10 do not recommend. I did however take the pc up to best buy and got over double the amount pc pros offered me. I love to try to keep my business within the mom and pop shops because I like to support local businesses However, I feel I was offered such a low number just because they didn’t want to deal with it. That was the attitude I got over the phone.

They were awesome! I am old and I don’t know a lot of the technical computer jargon. They were FABULOUS to listen to me and the diagnosis my computer issue and repair a computer. They were very quick and affordable! Most of all I appreciate that they were kind and patient to listen to me explain my issues. I would highly recommend!!

I have to give credit where credit is due and thank the whole staff over at PC Pros for helping me understand the issues I was having with my gaming tower. I was set on buying a RTX 4060 TI from them cause I believed the issue was a bad GPU. And the guys over there told me that the GPU was ok and I needed to upgrade the SSD NVMe in my computer along with a cooling system. I happy with the knowledge I received from them and how patient they were with me. I will send an update after I get my PC back. One take away from this experience is that the staff will tell you what needs fixed and will work with you on getting you sorted out before you leave as to not leave any questions unanswered. - P Perez

I'm not overly pleased with the service. I had go back 3 times to pick up my computer after they said it was ready.i ended up buying one of their refurbished computers and brought it home tonight. I haven't hooked it up yet, I just hope it works. It only has a 90 day warranty.

Very knowledgeable and amazing staff!

I was a little bummed out with my experience. I took my work labtop in for a repair on a keyboard issue. They had my labtop for 3 months while waiting on parts and repair. It was misdiagnosed 3 times and parts they had me pay for where replaced. Each time they told me it was fixed but when I went to pick it up it had the same issue. After months of wasted time and money and multiple trips back and forth I decided to just cut my losses because the owner was wanting more money to throw another part at it. Instead of just taking care of the issue. Unfortunately after all that the problem is now worse the keyboard dosent work at all even though that is a part they replaced. rendering the labtop unusable. Overall my experience was poor and unprofessional. I hope you have a better experience if you choose to work with them.

They did a great job of fixing a bricked laptop for me. Works great, fast turnaround, overall very satisfied with my experience. Best part was everyone in there treated me with great respect and customer service.

Great service, turned in a laptop to get its screen replaced and even through new years I had a three day turn around. Very nice people behind the counter too!

Absolutely amazing customer service. They did exactly what I asked and gave me a price before I even knew what was wrong. They fixed the part and a day later I picked it up good as new

I brought my laptop due to its broken screen, and the technician fixed it perfectly with great price! All the staffs are great and friendly, and I would recommend this place to everyone! Plus, the puppy here is super cute. Everybody should come see him!:)

Went in there to see if they could fix a part on my PC, they offered me a solution and quickly showed me how to put it in. When I went home and was having trouble with my PC booting, I went back and they were quick to fix it. They were very polite and quick to help me.
