The updated facility is past exceptional. I was welcomed warmly, and quickly made to feel at home. The staff was very attentive and caring to patients and any concerns or needs from them. Including myself. The residential house that I resided in for a month was great. Plenty of activities and conversation with likeminded people to keep distracted from vices. Regular meals, & a somewhat strict schedule to incite discipline and consistency. How it can vary with the group of people you are housed with at that time. You are Bound to meet someone in similarity, someone you’re able to truly relate to, possibly build a bond that can prolong. The techs and speakers listen, the analyze what the group asks for in the sense of learning. Group topics are usually created by the regular request of the patients. Overall a great facility & program. Almost bummed to be leaving as it has become to feel apart of regular life, I know I need to step forward in the process of healing. Thank you to Everyone at PWS for the support, the advice, the company, and overall great memories. If you or someone you know needs help, comfortable assistance, or just a general “reset” in life. I implore you to peak some interest in “Peachtree Wellness Solutions”. Absolutely No regrets !!

I am the parent of a young adult daughter with serious mental illness. Depending on which state you live in, it can be very difficult to find treatment beyond crisis care. There was nowhere for me to take my daughter after extensive searching on the entire west coast, even though she had only ever hurt herself and we have excellent insurance. I was so relieved to find Peachtree Wellness! We flew from Seattle to Atlanta. It was a leap of faith. My daughter was ready. When I dropped her off, the staff were very friendly and kind. I was able to tour the facility to see where she’d be receiving treatment. My daughter received kind, understanding, patient and helpful treatment at Peachtree Wellness. She still had her struggles but they didn’t give up on her! She made it through the program and was able to transition to PHP. Peachtree wasn’t a complete fix. If you live with mental illness, you know it’s a hard journey. My daughter has definitely taken a big step towards a healthy life. Peachtree Wellness took a chance on our “too acute to treat” daughter and we are so grateful to them. They were great at keeping us informed of her progress and we did family therapy as well. I would definitely recommend them highly!!!

I was in one of the lowest places my addiction had taken me. The team at Peachtree Wellness Solutions took me under their care at the detox center and had me detoxed and ready to go into their residential IOP after a short two weeks at the detox center. I cannot recommend or give enough praise to the way the team treated me and propped me back up at their residential home. The home and staff exceeded expectations! Friendly, professional staff that goes above in beyond in caring for clients. I would recommend to any family or person struggling that wants to feel connected while getting professional and caring help!

Such Kind and caring staff! They go above to ensure that each clients needs are heard and met. The staff here has so much compassion for their clients and take great care of their staff as well! Such a great team that works together to ensure the highest quality of care. I would highly recommend this place!!!

I went to PWS and I highly recommend this program. The fact that they are a dual diagnosis program was incredibly helpful for me. It is rare to find a program that helps you overcome addiction, and simultaneously uncover the root problem which in my case is mental health (and for alot of orher people) . The whole team is very warm, and gave the facility a safe feeling. The case manager Lydnsey made me feel comfortable opening up while I was there, and helped me alot. Also, big shout out to Cameron and Luke. They all really had an impact on me, and it’s obvious immediately how much they care for their clients case to case. It helped me knowing that I always had people rooting for me, especially when alot of the workers knew what it was like to struggle. PWS is a compassionate program, the house where clients stay is literally HUGE, and the food was good too. Can’t get much better than that.

After doing an online assessment I am disturbed by this place. I called for an assessment since I was recommended by a therapist to do so. They recommend residential treatment which I was willing to do. We then talked about medication, they told me that I wasn’t allowed to take the medication that I was on because it was a controlled substance. I was confused considering it is a prescribed mental health medication. They said that they would help give me tools that I need so that I would not need to be on this medication however I am positive I need to be give those tools well before I am taken off my medication. A place that tell me that I cannot take mental health medication while in a mental health facility is disturbing to me, they implied that I had an addiction to it, something which I have no symptoms of, I have a psychiatrist that I meet with regularly who has no problem with me taking the medication because she prescribed it and I take it only as prescribed. I am not in a good place mentally and being accused of having an addiction that I do not have is honestly the worst thing I think a facility can do. They then tried to recommend me to a place in Nashville Tennessee which would allow me to take my medication as prescribed however they went on to tell me it’s “holistic benefits” and sauna. I am not interested in a vacation out of state as a 19 year old who would be traveling alone. If you are prescribed a controlled substance I beg that you do not go here

I can't praise this place enough. It's taken me awhile to write my review but they LITERALLY saved my life. I have never been to a residential facility before so everything was a big adjustment. The staff understands and helps you through the process. You get group therapy everyday and lessons to help you process emotions. They give you all the tools you need to navigate your life with mental illness. I definitely wouldn't be here without them. It's sad because they make you feel so connected to them that you don't want to leave. Which how many people can say that about a mental health facility lol. But here at PWS within those 28 days they truly feel like family. Shout out to Dan, Luke, Madeline, Sarah, and everyone else there. Also just because I didn't say your name doesn't mean I forgot you that just means that ADHD is real and I'll forget a name immediately lol but I didn't forget you. I love each and everyone of you guys and I miss you terribly. Thank you for the clothes as well I was wearing that MARVEL t shirt for awhile 😉. I miss you guys and thanks for everything

As a fellow healthcare professional, I have had the pleasure of working with Peachtree Wellness Solutions and my experiences have always been positive. The team consistently demonstrates a deep passion for the work they do and a genuine commitment to the well-being of their clients. Their collaborative approach and dedication to providing quality care really sets them apart.

I truly believe this program SAVED one of my family members. He called me a few days into his stay to tell me how supported he felt already. His words were, "I feel more peaceful than I have in a long time. I feel like my old self again." And this was only 72 hours in! He continued to make progress and make friends, and is now transitioning to a PHP program (which they have been incredibly helpful with!) I cannot thank this organization enough. They have been supportive and Jadrian kept me updated. THIS IS NOTHING LIKE A MENTAL HOSPITAL! Everything is structured but laid back, and patients are treated as people instead of as problems. Huge shoutout to Dan and Jadrian for going above and beyond for us! I am so grateful for Peachtree Wellness!

Peaches wellness solutions is GREAT! They are very understanding and eager to help both while in their facility and out. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Jason, Cam, Sean, Luke and Jade are all 5 awesome staff members who helped me greatly on my road to recovery. The facility itself is beautiful and very clean. There is always support when needed and they are very accommodating. They communicated with me, and my family very well and allowed my family to support throughout the process. The food is great and it is a comfortable stay. I requested my medical records and Jason and Cam were more than happy to help retrieve them for me in a timely manner. The reports were very detailed, organized, and well put together! This place provides amazing services and are extremely professional. I would 100% recommend Peachtree Wellness Solutions!!

THE WORST. First, I don't expect them to respond since they only respond to positive reviews. I have multiple severe mental health issues that I was already seeing a psychiatrist and therapist for. My recovery was slow but I was making progress. I decided to admit myself here 2 years ago because I felt that my recovery had plateaued and I needed something more in-depth. I'm finally ready to talk about what I went through. I spoke to two separate people on the phone and was invited to visit their treatment facility. My husband and I were given a tour and I asked them specific questions for me. I asked if they had a protocol for panic attacks. They said yes. I asked if they made specialized treatment plans for each patient. They said yes (it even says so on their website). Everything seemed great so I decided this was the place. We met with a lady to discuss payment. We didn't have a lot of money but we had insurance. She said that she would only charge us $400 out of pocket for a full residential stay. We were so relieved and left believing we had made the right choice. 1st red flag: I noticed that every employee I spoke to bragged about the residential house to the point where it became uncomfortable. They talked about the house more than the program. I didn't care about the dumb house. I wanted help. 2nd red flag: Everyone is left to their own devices at the house. There is no structure, no supervision, no lights out. The tv was blaring through my closed bedroom door at 11 at night. 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. red flags: When I got to the facility the day after being admitted, I was excited to speak to therapists and a psychiatrist to create my tailor-made treatment plan. That never happened. Instead, I was told that they do group ALL DAY EVERY DAY. I expected some group but not this and it is the worst thing for my particular mental health issues. I was told I might meet a psychiatrist once a week. I couldn't believe that they lied to me and I was devastated. But I decided to try anyway. I started the first class and almost immediately began having a panic attack. I was sent out to get help. Their "protocol" for panic attacks was to basically put me in a small room until I "felt better". I tried attending group 3x that day and each time had to leave because I kept having panic attacks. That's when I knew I couldn't stay. Everyone then began a campaign to intimidate me into staying under the guise of concern. They would surround me and talk over me. When that didn't work, they pushed me onto someone else who tried to coerce me into staying. They even CALLED MY HUSBAND TO HAVE HIM FORCE ME TO STAY. He refused. Then a psychiatrist pulled me into her office and began guilt-tripping me. She kept talking about her success with treating social anxiety and how she specifically asked to help me because she's so good at it and how she really wanted to help me and how sad she was and made it all about HER. I WASN'T EVEN THERE FOR SOCIAL ANXIETY so that means SHE DIDN'T EVEN READ MY INTAKE FORMS! I was a mess and I felt trapped because they weren't letting me leave. They LITERALLY held me captive ALL DAY until they finally gave up. In total, I was there for less than 1 day. All the progress I had made with my personal therapist and psychiatrist was destroyed and I was left even worse than when I started receiving treatment. They were furious. To this day, I'm still not back at that point in my recovery and it's been 2 years. I can't even leave my house. And even worse, I started getting calls saying that I need to pay my balance. My husband paid the full $400 on his credit card when I admitted myself. Stupidly, I blindly believed the woman who gave me that quote and never asked for it in writing and they're using it against me saying that it never happened. My insurance also paid them. They already got $400 from me and thousands from my insurance. How much exactly are they expecting a 1 DAY STAY to cost?!!! How I was treated was unconscionable and they have made it clear that they do not care about the damage they have done to me.

This place was amazing. If you work the program, it will work for you. The people are great and offer alternative therapies.

I completed this program and I genuinely enjoyed what it had to give me. Now that I've finished it I have a sense of accomplishmentment and I'm excited to continue my journey at a PHP program. The facilitators are very professional and loving and it feels like family here. 10/10 recommend. And the food is good 👍

I appreciate Lacy ,Christian, and Jasmine for always being available and willing to help me in any way possible without them I probably wouldn't have stayed in the program as long as I did. Also want to give thanks to Chasity, Camille, Tiana, Madeline, Ms. Joy, Luke, Dre, Juju and all the other techs who gave me insight, encouragement, and the tools needed to continue my positive journey in life. I wish that I was able to receive more positive support from the directors.

Best mental health residential program in Georgia! Amazing staff and amenities, couldn’t ask for a more comfortable place to get help!
