We are very pleased with the work done by Pence Bros! They got the job done quickly and cleaned up afterwards. It truly looks amzing! We had all new siding, downspouts, and doors installed. I would highly recommend.

Pence Bros did an incredible job from start to finish. They replaced all of our siding and gutters. Incredibly professional, timely, and efficient. Jeremy was responsive whenever we had questions, and his estimates for when the job would start and be completed was spot on. One of the best contractor experiences we’ve ever had. He also spent a significant amount of time going through color options with us, and had great suggestions that we absolutely loved. If you’re considering new siding, I wouldn’t look anywhere else. These guys are the best!

We are very happy with our new roof and siding from Pence Bros. Their crews did a fantastic job on both projects. They were very professional and we highly recommend them.

Pence Brothers did an outstanding job on the exterior repairs of our home. We hired Pence Brothers to replace several areas of wood siding, trim, garage header, roof facia (gutter removal and reinstallation), and a large window removal and reinstallation. They also wrapped certain areas with metal to protect from the elements. The craftsmanship and level of professionalism of the crew was top notch and we were charged a fair price to complete the work. We are very pleased with the work completed and will definitely be using Pence Brothers again to complete other areas of work on our home.

We had Pence Bros remove the perma stone from the front of the house, reside the house & garage, new storm doors and new garage door. They also put a gable roof over the deck which looks beautiful. We had some rotting wood problems, John went over what our options were. Daniel was very helpful and never failed to get back with us. We are very pleased with the quality of the work they did. The crew was very pleasant and professional. We highly recommend Pence Bros. We will surely use them again for any future projects.

This is the second job Pence Bros has done for me and my family, both jobs were done professionally, with great assistance in designing project, as well done in a timely manner. Both projects match the aesthetic of the existing house, would highly recommend their services.

Pence brothers has come to look at our roof. They were quick to reply, quick to come out and check out are problem and quick to fix it. Again I highly recommend them and again will call them for anything in the future. The company were fair and professional. They gave us quality windows at a good price and were quick to install. I will definitely use them for other projects in the future.

Called Jon for an estimate. Took two weeks for him to show. Was promised an estimate for repairs. Never made an estimate or return call. Waste of time, both his and mine.

Terrible lack of contact. Asked for a simple document / receipt for recent work done on one of my properties which they ignored AND then I tried to schedule additional work on another property but I’ve been ignored for over 2-3 weeks. The only number they provide is clearly a personal cell phone number they don’t check. If you want good customer service STAY AWAY!

A skylight got broken and we called Pence Bros to tarp it until it could be replaced. Within an hour of calling them, Jeremy was here and patched it. He gave us an estimate and we knew we were going to need a new roof so he gave us an estimate for that too with no pressure. We contracted with them And within 2 weeks we had our new roof and skylights. They were meticulous and did an awesome job all in one day. Need a roof and/or skylights? Call Pence Bros! They answer their calls and get back to you quickly!

Our dealings with Daniel, John and his team was professional and stress free. They did a beautiful job on our deck. We will call on them for our next outdoor project. Thank you

Pence Brothers came thru doing exactly what they said they would do. Insurance was not going to cover the cost of full replacement based on the initial report. Jeremy and Jacob assured me that they would get it covered. They went back and forth with my adjuster and got my entire house covered thru insurance. This included all the trim, soffits, gutters, down spouts and more. They even fixed the area under my deck that was not completed properly before we bought the home. Pence was extremely responsive and answered any all questions. The crew that worked on the house were great all very polite and professional. And if they did not know the answer to one of my questions they said so and found out the answer for us. Refreshing to work with a company that keeps it word and treats you with respect!
