Hi from my very first experience of picking up my phone to call the Adonis Auto group I have had nothing but excellent service from the receptionist that answer the phone to the transfer to my very knowledgeable salesman Zechariah, he is such a friendly person very patient and knowledgeable of his job very concerned about my problems very helpful in helping me obtain my documents I could not have asked for a better salesman. Worst company ever they are not helpful. And don’t let your car get repossessed they will steal your belongings.need to be sued

I'm not sure we're 2 start this is my Second review I really don't like doing this but after Adonis treated me I have to right a review I purchased a car 2013 Nissan rogue from them March 3rd I was excited just finished 9 months of chemo trying to get back on my feet in May my car started making noise and I told them finally they made me appointment at 830 am I was there at 745 all for they said we don't do mechanical work here I have to take it to Grand prairie So I tried g.p said they was booked I'm sorry but this heartbreaking to me months go by I mean months finally I was able to get a appointment stayed 3hrs I'm like oh they are fixing the car happy I haven't had a car in 20 years 2 days later the car doing the same thing so now months a months go by finally get a appointment stayed 2 hours and they gave me a piece of paper saying transmission well 2268.worth of mechanical work needed to be done and of course they waited to my little warranty went out cut my car of soo many times i can't count told me they understand and will work with me well 2 weeks ago I had a diabetic coma flu and my cancer flared up i guess they said i have 2 many health problems Repo my car from the hospital Now thats low down ....

Adonis Auto/ Simple Auto is horrible! They will quickly get you in a vehicle, the process is quick. But once you had the vehicle for a week or two the egine light comes on and all the problems they failed to tell you about shows up! Communication is very bad! They do not offer loaner cars when your vehicle is in the repair center. I was told my truck was going to be fix then waited a few weeks to be told that they were going to let me pick out another vehicle. I went to pick out the vehicle. Then was told I have to do the application all over again and resubmit stubs and statements that I did not even two months ago! The second time I had to wait over two hours. Now at this point I just want my down payment back! If you want a vehicle with problems then come but if you don’t then find a better dealership! Just a mess! They selling lemons! Read the Lemon Law Acct. I’m walking now waiting on my refund & if they take a long time, I have my lawyer ready & waiting to go to court!

Hi I’m an advocate for great business I’ve had this vehicle Maybe going on literally 2 months when i first Purchased the vehicle there was not many available options on the lot 2 weeks later i went Back they had more options i askEd if i was Able to return the vehicle to get another vehicle that i would Be more comfortable and was denied there for stuck with the vehicle i financed had even put 50 miles on it before they even looked or considered the option fast forward i have This big or vehicle that had been low on power i didn’t think much of it well last week i went To take my kids to school and the car would start it was completely dead !! I called And was advised they have GOS and can tell the battery is no good and i would Have no warranty so i took The battery to a mechanic shop and they advised the battery was faulty from start it had a dead cell so i had To spend rough $300 for a new damn battery it was between making my car note of being able to drive the vehicle i got A call from a manger Friday and was told they would see what they could do as it’s a fairly very new account and she understood how i felt Being new to their business as if i knew It had a damaged battery i would Have never purchased the vehicle no one has followed up we’ll today i got A call saying im behind 4 days and theirs no notes on my account from the previous supervisor how terrible the customer service this far is horrendous!!
