Great service all the way around. Take great care of my lawn and it looks fantastic! Would recommend them to anyone! AND they just did my leaves for me. Another great job (and time saver) super thorough work!

I signed up with Portage Turf on January 10th 2024 spending $426.49. I have a new yard and I wanted them to help it grow and flourish. 9 months later I have had 4 "services" and my yard looks okay but not as lush and green as my neighbors. I have called several times telling them I am not happy. I have a stone pathway in the back yard and noticed that it was cracked and several stones had been displaced. My neighbor told me that he watched the technician drive the big fertilizer machine over the path. My neighbor has a similar path and it also has damage. I showed the damage to the last tech to service my yard and he agreed that the cracks matched the width of the machine. He said he would report it to his office. I have not heard back from Portage Turf, in fact I have never been contacted by Portage Turf other asking me to recommend them to a neighbor or to review them. Their machines sometimes leave holes in the grass where they spin the machine around. After looking at the emails from Portage Turf detailing the service performed, I see they don't send the same technician every time to work on the yard. I would believe that having the same technician every visit would provide a better service as they would know the yard and what it looked like on their previous visit. 4/9/2024 Steve Ransom performed the work. 6/17/2024 Matt Moneypenny performed the work. 7/26/2024 Matt Moneypenny performed the work. 10/3/2024 William Pierce performed the work. I don't believe at this point that I will renewing my contract with Portage Turf.

Used them this year and was very disappointed with service. We purchased the fertilizer and weed killer program and they basically killed our yard and then said it was diseased but only place it was diseased was were they treated. Had numerous others look at it that agree that it was burnt, they came out and half ass corrected it and said that they would give us a discount to aerate it and reseed offered 10% off . I feel that that should have been done for free and I will never use nor recommend them to anyone. Oh and we still had weeds all year.

My lawn has never looked as good as it does now. We have been in this house 34 years. Over the years I have taken care of lawn and have had a number of other companies doing the service with OK results. I was told of Portage Turf Specialists from a current user and thought why not. They have been improving my lawn noy for 4 or 5 years and it has never looked better. Do I recommend them? Yes

All the various weeds have been greatly minimized or eradicated, making room for healthy lawn growth and our yard looks great! We highly recommend their services for a healthy yard!

They were out for their first visit and my yard was full of dandelions and by the next morning you could tell that it was already killing those off. They did a perimeter bug spray and they did a grub and tick and flea spray in the yard. They are supposed to come out on Monday the fifth for the second treatment and I'm hoping that it will green up some of the areas that are a little brown. My grass was nice and green and seemed thicker after a couple treatments.
