We had a lovely stay here, would definitely recommend! Such friendly hosts and were super helpful. We didn’t have a car but that wasn’t an issue, we used the bus. The views were great and the place was the perfect size. Not much to do in the town but we had a lovely time staying in a quiet area. I hope we can go back as it was perfect for us.

Breathtaking views of the lake. Tasteful interiors of the apartment.Located between Como Lago and Bellagio, so you can go either way and discover the area well. Important to rent a car for easy travel as public transport and taxi in the area is not reliable.

This place should be 5 stars! It’s like brand new house with beautiful view on the lake. I definitely will book it if I come back to como. The host is so nice and friendly.

The mother of Clara was really kind and helpful. The view from the terrace is amazing! Unfortunately the rest of the house was a disappointment. The bathroom was in a really bad condition. The wall is pealing off, the bathtub was really dirty. The water pressure was weak, but since the bathtub was old and dirty having a bath wasn't an option. The washing machine and the hairdryer was broken. We could use only one electric appliance at the same time, otherwise it caused a power outage. We asked the mother of Clara to turn on the heating, but it didn't work properly and we were cold during our stay. Above all, in addition to the airbnb fee we were asked to pay a tourist tax 2€/person for each night. I'm deeply sorry to leave a bad review, but I hope this will nudge Clara to invest in her house or save others from booking this place.

Clara and her mother Babra were both amazing and have a very nice and clean place I would recommend their place and I will absolutely book the same place if I decided to come visit Como again. The washing machine suddenly stopped working but Clara's mother took all of our laundry and washed them in her house. She treated us like we were their sons.

There is a large balcony which looks over the lake where you can soak up the beautiful views and enjoy some sun. It's a wonderful spot to eat and drink. The garden is big enough to put up a badminton net although there are a fair few mosquitoes to contend with if you wish to sit there. The apartment itself is a little tired though, in that it could do with some updating and maintenance. In particular, the bathroom has a slight musty smell and the water pressure is very weak. Also, the allocated parking spot is too steep to be deemed accessible - our VW Passat could not mount the incline. There is nearby parking, though in the height of the summer season this is not easy to find. All in all, on balance, we enjoyed our stay in Lake Como and importantly you can certainly expect a very warm welcome.

Très bon séjour à Pognana Lario, le logement est parfaitement agencé avec en prime une superbe vue. Seul bemol, l'accès en voiture est difficile !

La vue est vraiment exceptionnelle, la terrasse est magnifique. Même si l'appartement est spacieux, il est vraiment vétuste et pas vraiment propre. Électricité, plomberie, fenêtres, volets, joints, literie et globalement la propreté posent problème. Et plus particulièrement la salle de bains.L'électricité disjoncte, pas de pression d'eau... C'est vraiment dommage.Ça ne correspond pas du tout aux attendus d'un appartement en location. Il faut faire une grosse rénovation.Et il faudra se faire à l'idée de laisser la voiture sur le bord de la route en contrebas, c'est extrêmement raide et tortueux pour se garer... J'ai essayé, j'y ai laissé un peu de mes pneus, ça patine, mais je n'ai pas réussi à monter !L'accueil de Barbara a néanmoins été très chaleureux et agréable.

The house is situated on a very steep driveway. Our car which is not 4 wheel drive couldn’t make the turn and we had to park in a public parkingspot alongside the road. The house is well equipped, there are towels, bedlinnen etc is provided. For coffeemaking only an italian coffemaker, but we liked that. Waterpressure was very low, so taps and the shower were giving little water. Bathroom smelling a little “old”, as if not used for a while.Beds have very soft matrasses, but slept very well! The house is spacious, lots of room to have your own spot to sit when it’s raining and you have to stay in. Big garden (with mosquitos) and awesome balcony to sit, and eat and enjoy the amazing view. Barbara, Clara’s mom, showed us around the house. She lives under this house. She is helpful when needed. Speaks good english. 5 minutes walking from the house there is a bar where you can eat lunch and dinner, we often went there, also to have a coffee and buy bustickets. Busstop is in front of the house (C30 Como-Bellagio). Near the bar is a small grocery store, that has everything you need. Fresh meat, bread, (fresh) pasta, drinks, just all basics you can get there. For a bigger supermarket we went to Como (Iperal).We had a very nice stay here.

The main attraction of this apartment is the absolutely incredible view from the balcony. The highlight of each day was sitting on the balcony in the evening, sipping prosecco, and looking at the gorgeous scenery and view of the lake. As other reviews mention, it probably could do with a little update (especially the bathroom) but we didn't find this hugely affected our enjoyment of the apartment and everything was perfectly clean and functionable. There were lots of toys for our twin toddlers to enjoy (which meant they were very happy!) and a well kept garden for them to run around too. There are a few bars within walking distance (very local but lovely!) and we particularly recommend the family run 'Peppas bar' where we enjoyed several delicious meals. Overall a lovely stay and we very much hope to return in the future.

We had a lovely stay in Pognana! The views from the terrace are absolutely breathtaking. Free parking in the driveway, which is priceless in the area, but be aware that it is very, very steep. As other travelers mentioned, the flat does need some renovating (the bathroom in particular) but it is bright and airy, and the perfect size for our family of four.

We hebben een fijne week gehad in dit appartement. Het huis is een prima plek om het Comomeer te ontdekken. Het uitzicht is prachtig en de ruimte in het huis en in de tuin zijn geweldig. Het was erg fijn dat we een baby bed konden gebruiken en dat er veel speelgoed was in het huis. We zijn blij dat er door Clara snel iets gedaan is aan de problemen waar we tegenaan zijn gelopen. Enkele punten die ons tegenvielen: de oprit naar het huis is een hele uitdaging voor de auto, met het risico dat de onderkant van de auto beschadigt. De badkamer en veel faciliteiten (zoals keukengerei, wifi, interieur) zijn verouderd en niet alles wat je verwacht is aanwezig (bijv. koffiezetapparaat en fijne relax stoelen). Het dorpje zelf stelt niet zoveel voor: het heeft geen centrum, boulevard of iets dergelijks. Daardoor zijn de afstanden die je moet maken elke dag al snel 20 minuten (Como) of 30 minuten (Bellagio). Vanaf deze plaatsen heb je veel leuke mogelijkheden. Al met al hebben we een lekkere week gehad, maar kan het appartement wel geüpdatet worden.

Хозяйка хорошо говорит по английски, очень гостеприимна. Дом с 2мя спальнями, есть детская кроватка, нас было 2 взрослых и 2 детей.В доме есть 2 каляски, стульчик для кормления. Нам было очень комфортно. Уютный сад с газоном и барбекю. Клара нам дала много детских игрушек, дети были счастливы. Для барбекю есть все необходимое, я был в восторге! Терасса большая, вид на озеро, очень красивые закаты - главное чтоб вино не заканчивалось . У дома есть парковка для авто. До города Комо 20мин, до города Белладжио 30мин на машине.

Appartement très clair et bien situé avec une belle vue sur le lac. Mais les équipements sont un peu vétustes, plomberie, matelas )un peu mous à notre goût), fenêtres, volets et prises électriques. La montée en voiture pour arriver à la maison est ardue surtout si on ne veut pas abîmer le bas de caisse de son véhicule. Sinon, l'accueil de la maman de Clara a été très cordial.

I will begin by saying the view from the apartment is amazing and Clara and her mother are very friendly. However, the apartment could have been cleaner -there were cob webs, hairs on the bed sheets, in the tub and in the sink, the bathroom smelled a bit mildew and the towels smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The bed and mattresses was very old. We slept on the fold out futon in the living room, but had to leave because of back pain. The wireless connection was extremely slow so that only one device at time would work on the network at dial up speeds. In all, while the view is amazing, the property needs maintenance and updating

Дом с прекрасным видом на озеро Комо и милым и ухоженным садом, где можно приготовить еду на гриле и насладиться местной природой и пением птиц. Удобно расположен между Комо и Белладжио. Спасибо Кларе за гостеприимство и помощь в решении возникших вопросов. К сожалению, во время нашего путешествия погода была холодная и ветреная, поэтому мы были расстроены невозможностью использовать камин, т.к. очень рассчитывали на него.
