Albert was out of town when we actually bought our rug, but we met him earlier when just checking out the business. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and enjoyable to chat with. We got a beautiful 8x10 Kashan rug that will last generations. Could not be more happy with our purchase.

Albert was fantastic, helping my wife and I choose a 6 x 9 Afghan rug at a great price. We did not want to spend more than 5K for a low-pile, dense, high-quality rug that could be resistant to our cats and would have a burgundy color to suit our brown leather furniture. Albert picked up the phone and had a personal conversation with us and then proceeded to text us a variety of good options per our preferences. After a bit of back-and-forth, we landed on a nice option, which Albert shipped to us free of charge within days from Wisconsin to Boston. He even sent along a small mini rug as a free addition. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of service and product, and would not hesitate to work with Albert again or recommend him to friends and family.

We bought a quality Bijar rug from Albert years ago. This time I wanted two complementary rugs for the Bijar rug collection. Based on the photos I sent, Albert suggested rugs which design fitted my taste. Also, the very good inventory website was helpful. The two rugs I bought, were again of the highest superb quality in all aspects. Both very tightly woven with equally thick pile. Together with these rugs, Albert sent letters which described the very specific design features of the Bijar rugs. This information is so good even for future generations to know. This is the best customer service imaginable. Thank you Albert!

I ended up purchasing two beautiful rugs, which arrived quickly. I am very pleased with both the rugs and the exceptional and warm service I received. I will definitely do business here again. 2023 UPDATE! I contacted Mr. Borokhim again as I needed two runners. He was as much of a joy to work with as a year ago; friendly, helpful, incredibly responsive. He shipped the two new runners exactly when I needed them, and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. This is a merchant you definitely want to check out when shopping for rugs!!

I find this business and it’s owner, Albert, to be very honest, trustworthy and responsible, delivering high quality rugs at attractive prices. My only regret is that I did not encounter Albert earlier in my life.
