Shideh was an absolute gem! I reached out to her last minute with several changes in plans, but she was incredibly patient and understanding throughout. She showed up with a big smile, presented beautifully, and made my special day even more memorable. So grateful to have had her as our celebrant!

Shideh was our marriage celebrant and she did an amazing job, she engaged with our guest. I am Peruvian and my now husband is Persian. My family loved learning a little bit of the Iranian culture as with included the Sofreh Aghd rituals. In fact lots of people wished ceremony went longer because they thought it was so beautifully arranged. Shideh is super friendly and really helped with one less stressor by assisting with the legal paper work. Thank you sooo much Shideh!!

We cannot recommend Shideh enough as a Persian wedding celebrant! She played such a pivotal role in making our wedding at Carlton Gardens on the 20th of December 2024 truly magical. As an interracial couple, it was incredibly important to us to have a ceremony that honored Persian traditions while also reflecting both of our cultures—and Shideh delivered this beautifully.

Her warm and professional approach instantly put us at ease, and she took the time to understand our story and what mattered most to us. The way she explained the significance of the Persian rituals to our guests and seamlessly incorporated personal touches made the ceremony feel intimate and inclusive. Many of our family and friends commented on how heartfelt and meaningful it was. I’m glad she was able to express her speech in both English and Farsi - for everyone to understand.

When we were discussing what kind of celebrant we wanted for our wedding, we were both clear on wanting someone warm, loving and friendly . As someone who never really paid much attention to weddings, I vaguely remembered seeing Shideh at my friends wedding. I didn't remember the content but i remember saying at the time to my parents 'wow she's so lovely and friendly'. That feeling stuck with me for YEARS. So when my (now husband) and I were looking into someone for ourselves, I remembered Shideh and suggested he meet her too. From the first meeting, we felt like we were walking into a family members home. We felt safe. It wasn't another wedding vendor but a friend and supportive family member that was going to make us husband and wife. We had barely walked out of Shideh's house when my husband turned to me and goes 'She's it. She's exactly what I wanted and was hoping for'

From the beginning Shideh held our hands and supported us so much. While I myself am Persian, My husband is not - Shideh was so accommodating in trying to incorporate his polish traditions into the wedding alongside the persian and Australian components.

Shideh - we cannot thank you enough for standing by our sides and making us husband and wife. We couldn't imagine going through that whole day with anyone else! Thank you!
