Adam is a great guy and pt. I came in looking for a program to help build stability and support for my back, neck and posture and he designed a program that i still use today. A great motivator who is flexible and attentive. Would recommend

Top coach and top guy. Knows his stuff, what’s right for you, and how to progress clients towards fitness/strength goals or next step appropriately with a range of quality exercises, with progress tracked. Has the best interests of client at heart. Great attitude, helps to get the best out of you!

I've been training for Adam since July 2024. In that time, we have progressed to a more intensive program. I've never had a pt before, but with Adam's gentle but inspiring nudges, I've really enjoyed working out in the weight area at my local Goodlife. Bring a middle aged woman, strength based training with some gentle pushing is what I need, and so far I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Bloody love adam, He is super accommodating to my change in timetable across different uni semesters. He is super knowledgeable on the different aspects of training. And as well as that, he is always down to have a yak and a good laugh while working out. He is also very well priced.

When I first went to Adam I was at my worst. Unfit, way over weight and just plain un healthy. Immediately workinging with Adam it became apparent he knew exactly how to engage with me, how to tailor the best workout plan for me. It worked and worked well, I have regained my fitness and lost a lot of weight since I started with Adam. My energy and enthusiasm has taken me back to my 20's no joke. I highly recommend training with Adam if you want a fun and thorough workout and great results.

Adam knows his stuff. He has been instrumental in my fitness journey as his approach is ideally suited to the client. Hes excellent at taking feedback and ensuring his clients requirements are factored into his plans. Cannot recommend him any higher! Hes excellent at what he does

Adam is fantastic! I hadn’t trained in ages and had previous injuries. He tailored all my sessions to support my injuries whilst making sure I gained strength each week. I can highly recommend Adam👍

I truly don't have enough words to describe Adam and my experience training with him, but to say that he is absolutely amazing and the journey was so enjoyable and knowlegable!! Not only for how he has encouraged and supported me through this fitness journey but for his knowledge, his advice (including life advice!) and the fact that he genuinely cares about my goals and progress with training. Adam really is a one of a kind trainer and I feel so lucky that I got to train with him - I will absolutely be back for round 2! Thank you Adam, from the bottom of my heart!

Adam is a fantastic personal trainer. I have been with him for almost two years and have far exceeded the goals I set out to achieve in the beginning. Adam not only helps me with my fitness goals but he is also super supportive in everything I do outside of the gym. He checks in on me all the time to make sure I am doing okay, feeling okay and has a general interest in what I do in life. This one time I injured my back, I set an appointment with the physio, Adam asked if he could be there in the appointment so he can learn how to help me through my injury. I don’t know many other people who would do that. Adam also holds classes outside of the gym for free where he pushes us beyond what we think we can do. If you are looking for someone who will give you great workouts to meet your goals, but also treats you as friend, Adam is the number one trainer for you.

My session with Adam was great! He really motivated me to work to my full potential and challenge myself. I learnt so much in just one session and have applied his tips to my current workouts. I also loved that he wasn’t too serious the whole time and instead just wanted to make the workout as fun as possible:) Definitely one of the best PTs I’ve trained with.
