This is a wonderful team who’s hearts are certainly in what they do! They are very pleasant, knowledgeable and caring people. My Lola just loves them and I would trust no one else with her.

Diane and Ed of PetPros of Hershey are fabulous. We are very comfortable with them coming to the house while we are away to look after our two dogs. The dogs are well cared for and we appreciate the periodic updates during our trip.

I recently discovered ProPets of Hershey on the NextDoor app and partnered with them to care for Grey Goose while I was traveling two weeks. This was my first experience with a pet sitting service and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was! Diane & Ed sent me updates and photos every day and from these photos, I could easily tell Goose was just as pleased. He’s pretty selective about who he engages with and obviously hit it off quite well with ProPets. No more guilty conscience about leaving him behind. He was certainly well cared for! Thank you, ProPets!

Truly can’t accurately, fully capture my appreciation and gratitude for PetPros of Hershey! Diane, Ed and trusted staff have been looking after my boys, (one dog, one cat), for a year and a half now since we moved to the area. Their love of animals and level of care truly is as though my boys, are their boys, they have become family to us. I travel quite frequently for work and while away I can actually be (mentally) present as any worry or concern is just non existent, I know they are being exceptionally cared for. They go above and beyond, they are just wonderful. Not enough thank you’s, and high enough star count ratings are possible to express the importance they are in our lives!

We found Pet Pros after moving from Costa Rica to the Hershey area. We moved with 8 dogs, most seniors, all with various physical and emotional issues (all are street rescues) and our needs for a dependable, professional dog sitter were way beyond the norm. We have two different packs who fight if they come in contact so imagine our dread and worry that our dog sitter would not strictly abide by the rules of our house. It was very difficult until we met Edward and Diane. Their calm manner was the first thing I liked. Dogs need an easy going, calm presence around them, especially when “Mom and Dad” leave them with strangers. Edward provided that calm assurance to our pack immediately. We took it slowly so he could get to know the quirks of each dog and we can now travel and feel happy and confident that our babies are being loved and cared for at the highest level. Our pack love Edward, even our shy guy Desmond, who used to get depressed just seeing a suitcase is all tail wags when Edward comes to stay. Pet Pros is a great company. I recommend them highly.

Me and diesel LOVE pet pros!! They took such good care of my baby while we were away, and I was able to relax and enjoy the vacation because of them! They send updates every visit, which is awesome…and diesel just loved them! They took so much time and care with him and made sure he was comfortable. I highly recommend pet pros! Wonderful experience and look forward to future visits!

I am extremely pleased with the services provided by the Pet Pros. Mr. Simmons was so well cared for when I was away for a week. I loved how they updated me everyday with great photos of him. I highly recommend their services.

We had a month-long trip and we’re nervous about leaving our 3 cats for that long. But Edward’s and Diane’s great service allowed us to get over our guilt and anxiety. When we returned home, the cats were relaxed and happy. We have several more trips scheduled and we’ll use PetPros again.

Diane and Ed stepped in when our kitty became very ill with a chronic heart condition; he needed medication twice a day. Have you ever had to give regular medication to a cat? Really not fun. They were great, and we felt very lucky and reassured that our pet was well taken care of the times we were away. They are now our regular sitters whenever we are away. They are so reliable. And they spend time and play with the cat(s). Our ill kitty died after several months, but Lady Luck has sent two others our way! Diane and Ed also bring in the mail, packages, will water our plants, etc, and send us pictures with updates on our pets. We really appreciate them.

I love PetPros! They take such good care of my little girl. Diane and Edward always provide updates with pictures via text about their visits, which is a huge comfort to me. They are reliable, and very understanding and compassionate. I hate having to leave my dog, but knowing I’m leaving her in the caring hands of PetPros makes it less stressful.

I have used pet pros a few times now and my boys love them. The last time I used them was over christmas and my guinea pig got sick a few days before I was due to leave, and when I emailed to let them know that he would need medicine they where more than happy to make sure he got it. My cat charlie loves them both very much.They make it so easy for me to go visit my parents without having to worry about my boys.I know that my home and my boys are in really good hands when Im gone.Thank you for loving my boys, and taking such good care of them.

Diane and Ed are wonderful and take great care of our girls, Lady Bird (dog) and Juno (cat). Juno is diabetic and requires insulin twice daily. Their experience with diabetic cats was comforting to us. They send us updates with each visit, and pics of our girls. I would recommend them to anyone.

Diane, Ed, and Matthew are wonderful with our pups and super flexible when needed. They love their job and in turn, our pups love them. They go out of their way to show their clients love, especially around the holidays! We were so excited to see these treats hanging on our door this holiday season. Cannot recommend them enough!

Edward and Diane and PetPros of Hershey always take such amazing care of my kitties - the daily text updates are also very nice. If you're looking for someone to take great care of your babies while you're out, this is your place.

Ed and Diane from PetPros of Hershey have been wonderful with my dog. He was shy in the beginning and they took the time to get to know him and make him comfortable. They are very reliable and willing to work with my weird schedule. Highly recommend!

We started our connection with Diane and her husband during the winter months of 2022-2022 and they were able to come to our rescue during a family emergency. We didn’t have a lot of time for introductions to our pets and after one 40 minute visit our normally protective Boxer and Rhodesian ridgeback where calm confident and comfortable with them and their care. Pet Pros are so professional friendly and very trustworthy! They have continued to help us throughout 2022 and I do not even think about getting one else for our pet care needs while we are away. They give medicine, they give treats , meals, and access our home while out of town. They let out our dogs and treat them like they are our own. I love them and couldn’t imagine our life with out their help now. I truly would recommend them for all of your pet sitting and pet care needs!! BTW they send you daily photos and status updates which is a great touch! Credit card friendly or check friendly they have been easily to work with!
