It is not worth the anxiety or nervousness of transporting a pet to another country without having a trusted partner in the process. With 4 months of shots, certifications, check-ups, scans, treatments on a very timed schedule in which every "I" needs to be perfectly dotted and "t" needs to be perfectly crossed, to comply with importing to Singapore, I could not possibly have done this alone or without the knowledgable and nice care of Brenda with Petsfly. Readily available and quick to respond to inquiries, questions, concerns and processes through their easy-to-use portal, our beloved feline had minimal hiccups during this entire experience. And most importantly, is now healthy, happy and residing in Singapore. We would absolutely use Petsfly again. Thank you Brenda for your time and attention to our cat.

Jeni was very responsive to us every step of the way from getting our two cats from Montgomery to Venice! She even had a contact in Italy to clear customs for us and drive our two boys to the base. The cost was very comparable and reasonable. My own veterinarian was so impressed with the ease of the process Jeni has created that she said she's now going to recommend Petsfly to her military clients.

The staff were amazing. They communicated every step of the way and took wonderful care of our two dogs. If we ever move again we will definitely hire petsfly!

Petsfly was wonderful in preparing documents and assisting with the process of traveling with my cat during my move to Hawai'i. They made the complicated process feel simple and were able to answer any and all questions I had!

We thought we could move our 120lb Malamute, Zephyr, from Denver to the UK ourselves. We were using a giant, expensive aluminium crate that was initially approved by IAG (British Airways) then not approved on the day of the flight. With all the stress, anxiety and tears going on, we immediately called Brenda. She rolled out the red carpet and immediately began focusing on all the options to get Zephyr to us in the UK. Every phone call and email that were made was comforting and every decision she and Katie made were golden. Zephyr stayed at a kennel near the Denver airport, received new meds and new USDA UK and EU paperwork then flew (crate approved!) Lufthansa to Frankfurt then another flight to the UK. All the paper work was approved and we were shortly reunited with our fluffy giant dog. We can't thank Brenda and Katie enough for their wonderful attitude and thorough knowledge of the pet transport world. Selling your home and moving to another country is hard enough, adding a giant dog and two cats amplified the anxiety, We wish we would have used Petsfly from the very beginning.

We are so pleased we used Petsfly to get our border terrier Gary from New York to London (via Paris!). They made every step of the (quite complicated!) process really straightforward and ensured we had the right paperwork, the right jabs and the right information every step of the way. Our trip from NY to Paris and beyond was a breeze because of of Petsfly! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again! A big shout out to Jeni who was our liaison at Petsfly who was really prompt in her communications and really great at navigating us through the different rules of the US, EU and the UK - no easy task..... We are so glad that we used Petsfly. We needed to move my daughter’s Great Dane from the United States to Germany. Moving a great Dane in itself is a task but to another country is something else. We knew there was a lot of paperwork that needed to be done and vaccinations and vet records for customs but had no clue where to start. My daughter contacted Petsfly and they were very helpful working with both my daughter, who was in a different country, and my self in the United States. They met with us virtually so we all were able to know what was going to happen during the move. It ended us that Maggie, the Great Dane, was too big for a premade crate and needed to have a special crate made. They took care of finding someone local near the airport who could build it and it was waiting for us the day of travel. We had multiple emails with communication about the travel arrangements. They also worked with our vet to make sure we had everything we needed done for her paperwork and making sure our vet appointments were done timely to match the travel date. They kept us updated throughout the travel and even sent pictures. We were very worried about the travel since it was an eight hour flight but they were able to answer any and all questions we had. Maggie made it to Germany with no issues and has be reunited with her mom. We will for sure be using Petsfly when Maggie comes back to the United States.

We cannot thank Brenda and Jeni enough for all their hard work with the preparations to move our dog, Dexter, from the US to the UK. Brenda was with us every step of the way and was very invested in making the process as smooth as possible. We had an unforeseen circumstance that we had to deal with and Brenda managed us through that very professionally. We would highly recommend Petsfly to anyone wishing to transport their pets.

Working with Petsfly was an amazing and wonderful experience. We are a military family and 5 days before our overseas move, we had an issue with our airline (Delta) not being able to move them (even though we had been speaking to them and asking about our move for a month). Jeni and her team came through and were so wonderful! They were able to help us and kept amazing communication with us the whole time. They got our two Shelties to our new home in Germany the day after we arrived!! I would 100% recommend Petsfly to anyone that needs help with a pet move. I can't say enough good things about Petsfly for our travel needs. This is our second time using them for international travel and each time our pets arrive well cared for, untraumatized, and in "as good of spirits as can be expected" after traveling for 10's of hours, LOL! The fact that our fur babies were already exploring their new surroundings within an hour of arrival speaks volumes for how well they were cared for by Petsfly on their journey. We will definitely use Petsfly again if, and when, the need arises!

Excellent service. We had looked at other options and we are delighted with our experience. They were very helpful at every stage of the move. Hopefully, we are staying put in Europe, but if we had to come back to the states, we would be happy to use their serves again.

We used PetsFly to transport our beloved dog from Chicago to Vienna, Austria. And what a good choice we made! It’s a very stressful venture to bring a pet overseas. But with PetsFly and Brenda Maple as our coordinator we felt from the start that our dog would be well cared for. From our first contact and informative tele-video calls with Brenda, we embarked on a months-long process where all our questions were answered promptly. She worked with us and with our vet to ensure that all vaccinations and documentation were in order. PetsFly works with first class people as part of their extended handler network (we met some of them in Chicago and Vienna). When the airline rescheduled our pet’s booked flight, Brenda kept us in the loop. We got updates and a photo from the Animal Lounge staff in Frankfurt where our dog stayed overnight, was fed, and walked. When we picked her up at the Vienna airport, she was in good shape—and her belongings were in good condition. Our dog is healthy, happy and importantly, together with us. We recommend PetsFly heartily.

Vivo sola en los Estados Unidos y quería traerme a mi perro para sentirme acompañada desde Perú hasta el estado de Florida, por ello me contacté con esta agencia. Yo tuve miedo de aceptar que iniciaran con el proceso, porque mi perro un golden retriever ya tenía 12 años y corría un riesgo alto si lo dejaba subirse a ese avión y no les importó mas que el dinero. Mi perro ya falleció, de haber dicho que sí, en menos de 24 horas de haber pagado y haber desistido, mi perro habría fallecido en bodega. Me deben hasta el día de hoy con promesas y mas promesas de audios y mensajes pidiendo que tenga paciencia asegurándome que ya pronto llegaría el dinero e incluso me adjuntaron un contrato escrito con sello de la empresa y firmado por ellos donde mencionan que la empresa se haría cargo en devolver un porcentaje de una cantidad promedio de $1200 y nunca lo hicieron. Después de todo, me quedo con que mi perro falleció al lado de mi familia reunida y no en una bodega de avión y en que Dios manda a respetar los bienes ajenos y pagar las deudas, y nos prohibe quitar o retener lo ajeno contra la voluntad de su dueño y causar daño al prójimo en sus bienes. Eso es todo, siéntanse libres de escribirme, felizmente que las redes sociales ayuda para contar lo sucedido y se difunda entre todos ustedes.

This review is long overdue! 2 years ago I used PetsFly to fly my 3 month old twin rabbits from Connecticut all the way to Arizona! I couldn't have asked for better communication, consideration, and hospitality from Geoff and Jeni. Pricing was amazingly reasonable, and the dedication to ensure my buns were taken care of throughout their journey was more than I could ever ask for. Now, 2 years later my rabbits are still healthy and happy. If you want to make sure true animal lovers take care of your baby during their travels, I wouldn't recommend anyone else but PetsFly. If I could rate them 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. Thank you again Geoff and Jeni for taking such amazing care of my fur babies!

Couldn’t thank Jeni and the team enough. Everyone has been incredible and helped us moved last December from Ohio to Switzerland. Jeni made sure every step things were done correctly, all paperwork was done as needed and kept us notified through the process and the trip to let us know the pups were ok. Hawaii has the most complicated rules on transporting pets and navigating through the process can be a hustle where your beloved pet can end up months in an open area quarantine facility in prison country Halawa Hawaii! But my chihuahua made it to his new home in Hawaii from Arizona thanks to Brenda and Petsfly. She took care of everything in Arizona including vet appointments, transport to and boarding in California and the flight from LAX to HNL. I couldn't have done it without Petsfly!
