Reasonable selection of stock.
After seeing the prices online for some dog food products, we decided to buy from here. Unfortunately, when I questioned why we didn't get the cheaper online price, I was told that that is individual price, not if you purchase a box of them. Was a shame this wasn't mentioned in the online details if you buy a box of them.

They will price match their enclosures and aquarium tanks and probably everything else! Very friendly, well cared for animals. Been coming here since I was little 15 years ago or more

Friendly staff, and made experience enjoyable even though they didn’t have the item I was after. Highly recommended for anyone after an exotic pet.

Got my sweet girl here 3 years ago - the staff are knowledgeable, approachable and patient with all your classic (and sometimes not so classic) questions. The stock and range of products available is awesome and I do stop in often jsyt to browse any new items on the shelves to keep my pet crew happy

Great pet shop, awesome staff. If they haven't got something you want they will go out of there way to get it for you and all at reasonable prices.

Product range and prices are good and staff are friendly. However, bought product online for local delivery so far has taken almost a week for it to dispatch, yet to receive. Will go elsewhere now

This place is an experience! The staff are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable but don’t expect to just duck in and out because there are sooo many interesting animals to look at. Seriously you can skip the zoo and the aquarium and just bring your kids here. Always love having a reason to come here
