A Great "Getting to know Philadelphia" This is our first time in Philadelphia and we decided to take a bike tour to see the city.It was amazing, Joe filled us with all the details of how the city developed & cycled such interesting routes & even sorted the weather !He was friendly , informative & we would recommend if you want a guided tour of Philadelphia, we recommend you take the Classic Philadelphia Bike Tour.

AWESOME!! EXCELLENT Tour & wonderful way to see the city! The bikes were easy to ride and our guide, Jonas, was knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodating (he added a detour for us to see the 6th Sense house). Such a fun experience! I highly recommend for anyone wanting a cool way to explore Philly!

Such a fun fall afternoon! We had a such a great bike tour with Joe! We started at the art museum and made some great stops at South Street, along the river, the Liberty Bell and Delancey Street! He was informative and engaging with background stories and history for each place we visited! It was also a gorgeous fall day!

Great tour! I had an amazing time with our guide Joe and one other guest. He showed us the biggies - Phil. Art Museum, Liberty Bell, etc. - with stops at lesser known (to me) destinations such as the river trail, Philadelphia's Magic Gardens, and the lovely side streets near Rittenhouse Square. It was a beautiful day and I feel like I saw and learned so much. Thank you!

Liked it! We did a 3-hour bike tour in the city and we liked it a lot. One of the highlight was the stop at the beautiful Washington square. Thank you Joe!

The best bike tour that I have experienced ! The tour was well structured and we experienced many differing and interesting locations in Philadelphia. However, what really made the tour for us was Joe ! He made the history, architecture and above all art of Philadelphia come alive, and made the Classic Tour an unforgettable experience!

Interesting route with varied stops and good information Great leisurely tour with Joe giving interesting and insightful talks at each stop. Very comfortable bikes and we felt very safe with Joe and the “sweep”:rider working together with clear instructions and briefing. Varied and interesting and recommended especially early in a visit to the city.

Don’t miss this amazing tour!! We participated in the cycling tour as a couple and there were 6 of us on the tour along with 2 guides. Joe lead the ride as was an excellent tour guide. He did an amazing job making sure we were all comfortable with our bike setup and then explained how the tour would go (leisurely) along with clear instructions on when we would be in roads and when in cycle lanes – it was super clear and we knew we were in good hands. The tour itself was great and lasted 3.5hours, which included a number of stops at notable points across the city including a short break that allowed the group to grab a drink or use a nearby bathroom. Joe’s knowledge (as a local) of Philly was great and not only did he share the history but he also shared his own balanced views and perceptions of the City and how people who lived there felt about it and what changes had occurred during his time there. We felt that the tour covered all parts of Philadelphia that you would like to see, as well as getting a bit of a feel for the City and understanding its geography so that we could go back to some parts at another time to do more activities or visit them even further. Overall, this was an excellent tour, superbly organised and conducted and well worth doing if you want to see large parts of Philly in a relatively short time.

We saw it all! What a great tour! Joe loves his city, and that love came through in all his sharing of the many sights we toured. He kept us safe while making things fun. I am a skittish bike rider, and he made sure I was comfortable all along the route. Highly recommend!

Joe for pres The BEST tour! I lived in Philly for 6 years and decided to take my boyfriend who has never been there on a bike tour. Joe was amazing and we learned and saw so much! Best part of our trip!

Late Arrival We arrived VERY late for the tour, which was our fault. We missed the tour group but the owner of the tour company bent way over backward to connect us to the group anyway. They showed excellent customer service and we were able to experience the majority of the tour, which was great. Highly recommend this tour company.

An absolute must do The rave reviews are right - our tour with the wonderful Joe was a highlight of our Philly trip. It was such a fun way to see so many sights with a knowledgeable passionate guide. Couldn't recommend it more! Thank you Joe & Tyzeer!

The Best Way to Experience Philly What a great experience. Jonas was an excellent guide, teaching us about the rich history of murals in Philadelphia while enabling our exploration of the lovely neighborhoods of Roxborough and Manayunk. His group management skills were also excellent: He kept us all safe and together as we made our way up the bicycle paths and through the neighborhoods. The pace was perfect -- enough to feel pleasantly tired but not "dead to the world" once we were done. I will *definitely* return for more bike tours. Thank you!

So happy I went on this tour! Oh my gosh this was perfect. I know they couldn’t control the weather but the day was gorgeous. Joe was our guide and he was super knowledgeable and patient. The bikes themselves were in excellent working order and quite comfortable. Joe made sure we had lots of shade when possible. Such a great experience. I never felt rushed and it wasn’t strenuous at all. I would totally do this again next time I’m in Philly.
