They were flexible with our timeline and created a schedule that was shared with us before our renovation began so that we knew what to expect and when. We are so pleased with the result of our mudroom addition and exterior facelift with Silver Ridge. The team listened to our ideas, explained the process thoroughly, and gave their professional opinions which helped with decision-making. They answered any questions that came up in a timely manner. Silver Ridge Design Build Inc. recently did a full home renovation for us from top to bottom. The things that stood out to us from working with Silver Ridge was their top notch clear communication, attention to detail in everything and their outstanding craftsmanship especially with the finishing touches (beam, mantel, trim, window seat, board and batten, flooring, etc). Our project was done in two stages and both stages were completed at the calculated timeline due to their efficiency, dedication and hard work that they put into the project. Carolyn's guidance with our selections and decision making was helpful in reducing stress and making the vision of our modern farmhouse home come to life. We asked Silver Ridge Design to do a pantry renovation for us. While it was definitely probably one of their 'smaller' projects on the go, we always felt that it was an important project to them. Every aspect of the project was covered and planned for. From design to demo to installation, every single detail was planned and executed with amazing attention to detail and impressive professionalism. We are so grateful that we were able to choose Silver Ridge Design Build and we would absolutely do it again for any other projects we might have in the future!

Silver Ridge built our dream home we moved into this spring. We could not have been happier with them. From the initial plan meeting to final walk through they were in constant contact with us. We loved and greatly appreciated the personal touch and care that Carolyn showed in helping us navigate all the choices in designing. Carolyn and Tim always promptly answered any and all questions/ concerns we had along the way with the build. Any questions or concerns we had after closing were also promptly dealt with. Our growing family was in need of a refresh to our house, we contacted SilverRidge and we have not regretted it for a second. Tim and Carolyn were easy to work with and made our experience great. We had a vision for our house to be updated and reworked, SilverRidge was able to come in and work with our vision and execute a plan to make it happen. We are so happy with the quality of work and materials used. 10/10 would recommend!

November 2023 Silver Ridge Design inc.completed a large part of my basement..I was really anxious about how disruptive the process would be. I am writing this review a half year later to say Thank You! You created a lovely space that my grandchildren thoroughly enjoy. The renovation process was quick and seamless.The whole team were gracious and respectful of both me and my home.The workmanship is of high standard and is admired by all who see it . Siverridge task was to demolish our cottage and rebuild as a perament home under very difficult situations.They had to deal with weather, awkward access and comply with not only building codes but with the Thames Valley Conservation Authority regulations. They accomplished this on time and on budget! Their craftmanship was of the highest standards and they used high end products. Silver Ridge had to custom build the interior due to limitation of space.They fulfied our wishes of wheelchair accessibility, door levers and bar handles for cubboards. Carolyn was knowledgeable with update designs and products. Tim was always available to answer our questions or suggestions, and followed up on them. The crew were friendly and repectful. Bill and I would definetly recommend Silver Ridge Design!!

Tim and Carolyn were wonderful to work with and did an amazing job on our addition!

We hired Silver Ridge to build a roof off the back of our house to create an outdoor living space. We had an idea in our head and a bunch of pictures of things we liked but didn’t know how it would work with our house. Tim was able to work with us to create a design that made sense for our style of house and walked us through the different options for sizing, timber types, etc. so we could achieve what we were looking for. From the design phase right through to completion, everyone was honestly great to work with. All of the workers who came on-site were friendly and kept the yard well kept (no garbage or extra materials laying around which was so great since we have kids and a dog). They were also so kind to our young kids who were very interested in what was going on with all the machines - they would wave to them and let them watch with no complaints. We love how our patio turned out and spend so much time outside now because we have a custom solution that fits our home and yard perfectly. Thank you Tim & the team at Silver Ridge for making it happen!

We were extremely pleased with the design and renovations completed by Silver Ridge Design Build Inc. of our kitchen and laundryroom . Carolyn worked patiently with us as we decided on all the features of our rooms including cabinets, flooring, paint colours and all hardware. Tim and Steve also gave good advice on our project and showed excellent craftsmanship. Silver Ridge has a great team!

Silver Ridge did a major renovation for us on the home we purchased. They reconfigured some of the spaces on our upper floor - added a guest bathroom, updated the ensuite, and added a closet. On the main floor, they added a closet and did significant upgrades to the kitchen. But the star of the renovation project is the all season sunroom they added to the house. It fits in beautifully with the house and IS our living space. It is beautiful space, and the design was totally their suggestion. We had a very positive experience working with Silver Ridge. Tim was able to help us see what we could do with the house to solve some of the quirks and disfunction. We really appreciated that he moved us away from the very costly renovation that we had initially in our mind to an equally effective renovation that achieved the same results. We appreciated his honesty and integrity. Carolyn was wonderful to work with on the design elements - colours, flooring, lighting... She presented options that suited my style and likes. She was very organized and made sure everything was selected and source so that the project flowed smoothly. We would highly recommend them for a new build or renovation. They were accommodating and flexible when we added things to the project, listened to what we wanted and then were especially helpful in suggesting options. They communicated well with us throughout the project. The sub-trades they contracted some of the project to were also professional and did good work.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Carolyn and Tim on the renovation of our kitchen. They answered all of our questions and concerns promptly and with patience and professionalism. The crew was respectful and easy to work with. Our kitchen is now a warm, wonderful place to host family and friends.💕

We purchased a older two storey home with a galley kitchen and odd entry door to the basement. Tim and his wife Carolyn helped us figure out a affordable design in our budget and a practical , open feeling layout. They opened up a wall behind the kitchen to double the size of our kitchen, and put in a stunning new kitchen. They changed the location of the basement entry creating a better flow and larger entryway opening. Along the way we had all the electrical brought up to code, updated the hvac , and all flooring and lights. They were timely and professional and had great ideas and most of all kept us on budget.

Great company to work with. Excellent communication. It was a pleasure working with Silver Ridge Team. We love our new bathroom! The project manager Steve has a great eye for detail and was always kept us up to date. Carolyn did an amazing job putting all of my ideas together in a beautiful design and sourcing the materials.

Tim, Carolyn and their team finished our entire basement and framed/installed a gorgeous fireplace feature with rustic mantle in the living room of our home. The build quality was perfect, the project finished on time and the quote was very reasonable for the work that was performed. The professionalism of everyone at Silver Ridge was top notch. They were very punctual, great communicators from start to finish and extremely client centric. They worked with us until we were 100% satifisfied with the finished product. Tim's workmanship and Carolyn's eye for design is the ultimate dream team. We cannot recommend this company enough. If you need a renovation or build done, you will not be disappointed. Tim, Steve and Ben rebuilt our lower level after we had water damage. Since everything was already removed we also took the opportunity to improve our space by adding insulation, moving a door, rebuilding the fireplace mantle and creating built in shelves. We were impressed at how quickly and efficiently they were able to get the work done and appreciated their efforts to keep things tidy. Everything - from the trim work to the new flooring - was installed very well and professionally. The end result looks amazing and we often receive compliments about how great everything looks! We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a renovation or building project done!
