I cannot rate Phoenix Ultrasound highly enough. There is a good reason why there are so many good reviews. I visited the clinic in Portpool Lane. My clinician Mr Babalou was thoroughly knowledgeable and professional. He is one of the nicest people you will ever wish to meet. Often when I go to London, people can be very cold but Mr Babalou was the opposite. He made me feel at ease and took the time to slowly go through my results. I left feeling genuinely cared for. I am thankful to Mr Babalou and his receptionist for your service.

Fast, efficient and reliable service. Report and images were available and easy to download within a few hours. Only suggestion is that perhaps play some music in the waiting room as you can clearly hear the consultations through the door.

5 STARS DOES NOT SUFFICE!! We've had a great experience, me and my partner, from the first to the last second; everyone so friendly and so cheerful, they made our day! They sent me instructions to follow beforehand, which I gladly did and it really helped with the images. I suggest you pick a time you know the baby might be sleeping in, too, as mine was posing perfectly in her sleep for us to take pictures! It was magical how you could see their facial features and expressions; it makes it all real, and I find that it helped us so much to bond with our little one. They made us choose our stuffed animal with the baby's heartbeat recorded inside it, which is absolutely endearing, and they also gave us a key chain with the picture on and a cute picture frame. There was vouchers, too: discounts and offers for me and the baby, and they sent us all the pictures, videos, and the report digitally, which was great! The place is very clean and tidy, and I'm so grateful for our practitioner, Ms. Pro. She was so reassuring and ever so caring and she was cheering for the baby all the way as we were going on with our little one's "photoshoot". Ms. Pro, if you're reading this, you were amazing and you gave us a wonderful time really, thank you. All in all, it was a magical experience for us, and if we could do it all over again, we definitely would!

booking online was fast and immediate. The appointment was on time, the sonographer was very professional and i got my result hours later. I phoned the clinic minutes before closing time but only got an answering service. Even without leaving a message I had a phone call this morning just after 9AM to ask if there is anything they can help me with Thank you for making the process so fast.

I was keen to find out if the pain in my left leg was due to poor circulation. Thanks to the advanced ultrasound equipment used and his expert knowledge, the ultrasound specialist was able to assure me that my pain was not due to poor circulation. This has taken a load off my mind and enabled me to concentrate on looking for other possible causes of the pain (muscular, arthritis, etc). I was very impressed with the highly professional examination I had.
