We have had two other landscape companies, but each of them would listen to what I requested, but never did the job correctly. Anthony from Phoenix Pro Landscaping during the initial walk-through and estimate spent almost an hour walking the property, making suggestions for plans and irrigation and listened to what I requested. When Brian and his crew came out, Brian also spent quite a bit of time walking through before they even started the maintenance to make sure that what I requested was actually done. I can't believe how much time they spend with that first visit just grooming, clipping and checking the irrigation to make sure all the drip lines were working. When they were finished, Brian and I once again walk-through the property to make sure the maintenance was done as I requested, and the cleanup left no debris behind. I've been very impressed with the work, the crew, the service, and the quality of this company. Looking forward to this continuous expert service.

Manny did a wonderful job pruning our evergreens this morning considering they haven't been trimmed for close to a year. He was conscious and didn't have a problem when I asked that he trimmed the trunk feeders. Communication with Anthony regarding scheduling could have been better but the job got done.

I have used Phoenix Pro Landscaping for 3 months now and the yard looks fresh and new every time. I only wish they could keep the wind from making a mess of things the next day. Seriously, though, Brian and his team are very friendly and efficient. When I asked about some browning plants, they immediately took care of it at no extra cost and talked to me about needing to make potential adjustments to my irrigation control system.

We explored a new landscaping maintenance company and came across Phoenix Pro. After many texts with questions asking what we were looking for, Anthony (owner) offered a personal walk around consult to fully understand our needs. His provided clear & excellent communication about what they could do. He assigned Brian’s team to our property. We got notice before their arrival. Brian did a walk around with us prior to service, listened and made suggestions. He did a follow-up walk with us to make sure we were happy. They provided top notch service and the plants look so much better! We really appreciate the follow-through from start to finish. We are pleased to have made the jump!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional with great customer service. I've had them replace nearly all of my irrigation system, put a new underlayment in my driveways, and take care of the trees, plants and grass in my yard. Highly recommended.

Anthony and his crew were excellent! They took great care to help us plan out our major backyard project, and their execution was perfect - better than I imagined. They were timely, considerate, and incredibly hard workers. I will be using Anthony and his team again for my front yard project coming up, and whenever I need anything for my yard. I’ve been struggling with severe dead spot in my grass all summer trying to fix myself. My hoa finally complained. I called late Thursday afternoon they came 1st thing Friday morning to give me an estimate and showed up early Saturday to replace my defective sprinklers and to walk through a treatment plan. Brian was outstanding, worked quickly but also took time to answer all my questions.

My yard was in pretty rough shape I thought they might need to come out twice. Nope, they tackled that mess in a little more than an hour. Looks great now and I’m excited to have them come out again to keep it looking good. Brian and his team we’re both friendly and super professional, even in the mid-day 110 degree heat! Would highly recommend.
