I had an excellent experience working with The Counter Top Shop. They assisted me in selecting countertops for both my wet bar and bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their showroom offers a vast selection, and they were transparent about pricing, which was the best I found for granite. There were no surprises, which I greatly appreciated. The turnaround time from selection to installation was impressive, and the installation itself was done professionally and efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend The Counter Top Shop for anyone looking for quality countertops and exceptional service.

Once again I went to The Counter Top Shop for kitchen counters and had them do new bathroom tops for me as well. This is the third house I have used them for and they will do the next house that I decide to install new tops. The in-store service was fantastic, the on site service was fantastic, the product was great, and I was pleased with the pricing! The turnaround time was clutch as well! I'll be back!

We went to The Counter Top Shop to find a remnant for our bathroom vanity. We found exactly what we wanted, and had them cut it to the measurements of the vanity top, drill the holes for the faucet and bowl. It's a beautiful piece that will add beauty to the bathroom.

The service was excellent at each phase of the process. Selecting the slab, scheduling the measure, talking with the office personnel, and the installation was seamless and timely. The installation team did a fantastic job and left the space neat and clean. I will use them again on my other properties.

Fantastic job.
The guys showed up on time and did a wonderful job. My wife has chemical sensitivity so knowing this they were able to use low VOC adhesives. Between that and the strategically placed blower fan the fumes were kept to a minimum and she was fine. (Although she did step outside for about 20 minutes during the application)
Becuse we were not changing cabinets, and its an older house we new there may be some issues. So when things didn't look exactly as planned after the tear-out, the owner came out himself, and after they had a plan, they came to us with a solution that worked out great, at minimal cost addition. Actually the whole job cost less than I was expecting. It looks great đ and my wife and I couldn't be happier âș đ. We're replacing the tile back splash too so I'll update with pictures when it's complete.

Our experience with the counter top shop has been absolutely excellent. Their customer service is wonderful and every team members has treated us great. The day my new counter tops were put in, the service was great, the guys were fast and efficient. They answered any question I asked. They even cleaned up everything after they finished installing. You could not ask for better service. I would recommend the counter top shop to everyone.

This shop made it easy to go from card table to kitchen island in my man's former bachelor pad! Took a couple weeks from selection to installation, but the price and experience is well worth the wait. It was about half the cost of the large companies. The installers attached it to the cabent I bought separately took time to educate me on the stone materials and long term care.

Called and got an answering machine which states they were out of town Jan 25 - 29. Feb 11, no one there. Long drive to be met by locked door. Seems normal for most places in Omaha though.

Very dissatisfied with them. Looking for a home when out of town is very difficult and we had two days to look for a home and make selections. We went to the The Counter top shop. First there was no one available to talk to us. Our realtor found a girl that just showed us 3 pieces on display. No one consult us explain to us anything. We chose a quartz based on the 3 samples pointed to us. Why there was no one there to tell us bring a cabinet and then select the countertops????? No guidance and when we did the walkthrough the counter top on the island has white stains all over. Why a beige countertop has white blotchy stains ???? When I questioned everything Billy said that I choose the slab!!!! This was a lie I was shown a sample. Now I am stuck with counters I donât like and island with quartz that is with stains. Go to the big suppliers with more selections and experience personal to help you !!!

We are sorry for your dissatisfaction. We had no notice you were coming. We were not prepared. The reason you were showed 3 colors is because that is what was in your allowance and in stock. The white stains you mentioned are called modeling in the Quartz world. The modeling was in the color when you picked the color and also at installation. Iâm sorry you only gave yourself 2 days to do selections for a whole house. We suggest making an appointment over the phone next time. We can advise you what to bring to selections and we can gather more information ourselves.
