Dr Matthew Yeo is very professional and reliable and patient doctor.
His attention to details and your concerns are incredible, Dr Yeo even noticed a sore on my leg and had a look at it for me. I am so afraid of needles that I took so much of his time,yet he was patient and he chatted with telling me till i was calm for my procedure.

Staff are polite and caring.

Matthew and his team of star nurses are incredible. He was able to provide a comforting and assuring experience for the patient with a fantastic outcome. My son's eyebrow is as good as new despite a cut that went through the muscle straight through the bone and retains muscle function. Thank you Dr Matt.

Had a surgery under Dr Matthew Yeo and the result was satisfy. Im glad that the wound healed faster than i expected, and they provided the treatments including scar gel does help a lot. Staffs are friendly and helpful as well.

I made an appointment for some advice, but after hearing the consultation price I walked away. the assistent called me back and said: maybe you have a droopy eylid and then its insured. Well, I know for sure I don't. But she insisted to come back to make pictures and give advice. She made a picture and said: oh yes you dont have a droopy eyelid. But we can give you a discount for the consult. It didnt feel good, wanted more time to research, realising that its gonna cost me 10.000 dollars. Mentioning the issues with costs and that I will come back after she kept asking me why I wouldn't wanna come. It was awkward, and inappropriate. I'm korean, probably go to korea to get it fixed. Dont pressure future clients picasso, it comes over unprofessional.

Edit: i never asked for a droopy eyelid, because I dont have one. I have aging eyelids and because I did a lot of research myself...I kinda knew what I was into. So No...picasso. wrong info

Also, I didnt get advice, you just asked me why I didnt want a consult

We have conducted a thorough audit, and these are the facts from our investigation.

1. Our consultation charges are well within the MOH fee benchmarks and are reasonable. We do not provide free consultations.
2. You requested for a consultation regarding droopy eyelids via email on 2 Nov 2024 at 1:48pm. This was not suggested to you by our team.
3. As you were not willing to pay a consultation fee, our liaison team were helpful in suggesting that they would take pictures and show them to our doctor to see if you indeed had droopy eyelids. Our doctor was agreeable to give preliminary advice based on the photos, without an actual consultation. You had willingly had your photos taken at the reception area of our clinic.
4. Our clinic had, at no time, collected $10 from you for the photograph assessment.

We stand by our version of the events. If you wish to clarify, please contact us via our clinic phone line and we will be happy to have a discussion.

Picasso Plastic Surgery holds ethical practice and patient satisfaction as core values and we continually hold ourselves to the highest standard of care for all patients.
