Google maps indicates your business hours are open till 6:00 pm, but no “admission” allowed to check inventory at 5:30 pm? That is completely outrageous!! Now I must drive across the city again tomorrow morning to check for the part that might be there or not. You guys totally “misfired” on that one….🤦🏼‍♂️

The prices are much higher than at other salvage yards. Some parts there cost more than new ones.

Drove up from Edmonton and when I was leaving I was charged for three different parts for one ashtray. When I walked out the door I asked why I didn't get a seniors discount ans carrie the manager said I didn't ask for it and it was to late to apply. I chuckled. I'm the finance manager at a dealership and if any of my employee's treated someone like that they'd be gone.

There's a great selection of American, European and Japanese vehicles in the yard. Polite knowledgeable staff and fair prices. However, when I see a 41 Ford truck in the lot, I almost cried. Hope someone bought it to restore.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DOESN'T ANSWER PHONES

What the heck? Who is the rude old lady(brunette) at the front?? She claims to be the manager, well you just managed to lose a customer. This retail business has a sign beside the obnoxious manager that says "Rude language will not be tolerated" I've never seen this in a retail store before but after seeing how that antagonistic woman talks over top of people and won't listen to a question. She just keeps saying NO over and over when she hasn't even let the customer ask a question. Whoever hired her needs to give their head a shake. I will never return to this location. NEVER

The dude admitting people in has the memory of a goldfish. I had to repeat myself several times as to which make and model years. And he still got it wrong. Had to go back in just to ask for a specific year. Doesnt speak english. Asked where the bathroom was and instead of saying it's on the other end of the tire section which is just outside the doors, he worded it like it was at the fence line of the property. The place is a lot messier than the other junkyard. Who ever does does the inventory is color blind as well.

I went to Pick-n-Pull to help a friend find a replacement tailgate for his Ford F-150. We found a good one but, unfortunately, the truck was parked back to back with another vehicle so the tailgate couldn't be removed. There was no one who could move the truck to give us access because it was nearly closing time when we found it. We were told to come back the next day, and the cashier agreed to waive the $2 admission for a return visit since we had already paid it and weren't able to buy the part we wanted. When my friend returned the next day, he was told it might take a week before they could move the truck. Hopefully, no one else buys the part. In the meantime, I've given this place a neutral rating.

i came here for a door for my car. i was told that i could come in until 5:30. i was stuck in traffic so i arrived at 5:26 knowing i would be quick as they close at 6. they tried to refuse to let me in even though it wasn’t 5:30 yet, but after going back and forth they finally agreed to let me in. i told the lady working there that my husband was a couple minutes away and he would help me with my car and he had the tools so i just had to wait 3 minutes for him. she refused to let him in so i had to go by myself, but im small so obviously i couldn’t get the door by myself and couldn’t figure out how to take it off without my husband. bigger blonde lady and other brunette lady were both so rude ive never had anyone this rude to me in my life they even yelled at me. the brunette lady was even sarcastic with me when i left with no parts saying the part wasn’t there. i said yes it was but i couldn’t do it by myself obviously. she even laughed at me. i never want to come to this place again these ladies are so rude and im gonna tell my friends not to come here either to not go thru this either. will not be coming back. these ladies should be fired for terrible and rude customer service

Not a lot of instruction but was able to to get a part I wouldn't have been able to otherwise saving three grand would recommend

UNLIKLEY, I was at this PNP Edmonton location, while pulling a part from a vehicle, I hurt my hand and it was bleeding bad, while in the store, but the cashier was busy talking and walking around instead of helping. No one seemed to care, and customers were left standing in line for a long time. Pick and Pill used to have much better service, but this experience has completely changed my view. The lady with short hair and glasses was only laughing loudly and chatting, showing no concern for the situation. I will never go back. She counted her cash more than multiple time.

Will never try selling a vehicle to this location again, old woman at the sales office was rude and disrespectful, my father and i have the same name just with different middle names and instead of understanding that she accused him of being a scammer, if this is how repeat customers are treated at this location then it deserves to be shut down

This place is ridiculously slow for service. 10min wait, just to get in the gate. Why don't you streamline the system so us guys who just want to pay our cover charge can proceed right through? I was stuck in a lineup of stupid customers asking stupid questions. Pro Tip for customers : if you're that clueless, matbe you don't belong at a self serve junk yard? Then, another 20min lineup at the checkout.

Prices up to the roof. I owe Civic 2002 and its cheaper to buy brand new parts from Amazon with delivery to my door rather wasting time and pulling used overpriced parts from them

I've been a Calgarian for nearly 40 years. I've been going to pick n pull for decades. Just can't support this rip off of a "business" anymore. This used to be a great place to find parts but they've jacked the prices on certain merchandise (specifically seats in this case) to more than double what they charged just last November. I'm told it's because they're now charging for the airbag. A part that can NEVER be put into service again legally. And almost all modern seats come with standard. Spent hours picking out just the right one only to find the price has doubled at the till. Whoever does the pricing at Pick n Pull needs to pull their heads out of their rear ends. STOP RIPPING OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS!
