I have used Pictures 2 Digital at least four times now, for both videos and photos, and have recommended it to friends. Alan is easy to work with and the quality of the images has been really good, especially considering the quality of some of the originals. I highly recommend Pictures 2 Digital.

Wow! Really good work, well organized, labeled the files per the tape info, all nicely done! I did both NTSC and PAL-B VHS-C tapes.

I had an incredible experience with pictures 2 digital. I live in California and I was worried about shipping all the way to New Jersey, USPS was taking longer than expected Sending my VHS tapes there. Alan was in constant contact with me to update me if he had received the tapes, he even contacted his postal area to try to help me find them. Once arrived, he finished the work so quickly, and helped me give the best Christmas gift I ever could to my parents! The quality, value and constant communication was top-notch! I highly recommend using Alan for your digital needs!

Alan was very helpful from initial inquiry of the digital transfer services he provides to the end product and explained everything step by step to include no hidden fees. The service was EXCELLENT with zero issues at all. Quick turnaround too with excellent outcome of my VHS and Mini DV cassette tapes transferred to a USB. I checked out some of the major national known and advertised transfer companies and they were all very over proceed and also had a turnaround of what "could be" 6-10 weeks. Alan's turnaround was promised no longer than 7-10 days, yet, he completed it over a weekend. He received the 15 items on a Friday, and he mailed them back with USB completed to me on the following Tuesday (Monday was a Federal Holiday). All in all...I HIGHLY without a doubt recommend Alan for any of your transfer needs.

So this project was beyond special to me. I had saved my sons videos from when he was a baby baby back in the year 2000 and I never got them converted. Here we are 24 years later and I finally found someone to help me with this. I can’t thank him enough for his service. He was professional, kind, responsive and accurate. 5 starts all the way! I finally saw my babies videos and omg I’m just so happy that I have a usb now.
