Clean food

The waiter brought the wrong order to a customer.

Good food! Not overpriced. Friendly staff. Had to visit. They were on Diners Drive ins and Dives. You will not be disappointed. We were visiting from CA and staying in NYC. We rode the subway to Brooklyn baby! Kids enjoyed it. Definitely recommend. Not everyone can make good fried chicken.

Chicken is good but the pies need some work

Excellent fried chicken, biscuits with honey butter, collard greens

Would not recommend. I should’ve trusted my instincts about soul food/southern food in Williamsburg?! Biscuits were dry and chewy. The famous cinnamon roll was completely uninspiring. The frosting was more of a cheese custard, than sweet glaze. It just missed the mark for me. Another influencer-driven hype place. Lesson learned.

Quán nổi tiếng xưa giờ với món gà chiên giòn kiểu miền Nam. Giờ phải đặt bàn trước, không tới no-show là bị phạt $30, nên nếu đặt bàn trước, mấy bà nhớ đi ko là bị phạt uổng tiền. Ăn thấy cũng bth. Tui kiu phần chicken box 3 miếng gà, với 1 cái sandwich cá . Gà ko khô, mà thấy cũng bth, giống KFC ở VN . Cá chiên cũng bth, ở vn ăn ngon hơn nha. Mà cái side dish tui thấy ngon hơn món chính, bánh biscuit với cái salad đậu ngon tè. Tóm lại ăn cho dzui cho bít chớ cũng bth. Một phần chừng 15-18 đồng.

Place is awesome. Laid back vibes, great service, super friendly. Ice coffee was so good you don’t need any type of milk tbh just the coffee & the syrup was fire 💯 The donut was soooo delicious & it’s bigger than the usual donut size and the price is right, the dough was perfect 🤩 🫠 highly recommended. I’m a big toffee fan, I had it w ice cream. Also tried the biscuit & vegetarian chicken, I’ve always loved combining hot sauce with honey 🍯 it’s just a hit and they do it right not too hot 🥵 not too sweet! Next time might opt for the catfish bc it looked slammin’ 🎣 I love the fact they have a frozen painkiller & blueberry gin on the menu definitely some of my fav 21+ drinks! Great music playlist too ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Portions were very small. Services and server were great. Nice atmosphere, laid back.
