Lavish property with incredible personal touch This resort is now my favorite clothing optional gay hotel in the world: the service and rooms are impeccable and the grounds are beautifully tended with colorful art throughout the property in public spaces and the rooms. The guests hailed from around the US and the world; we had many fun conversations in the pool and the sunning areas, and look forward to continuing our new friendships.

Amazing! Best little hidden gem in South Florida. We were invited to go to the Pineapple Point for a weekend getaway for a friend's birthday. From booking, to check-in and check-out, and every point in between, there is not one bad thing I can say about the Pineapple Point. The staff were all amazing - the utmost professionals who love the work they do, because it radiates in their smiles and service. As we were "newbies", Brian walked us around and showed us all the amenities available to us and where everything was. He was meticulous with his tour and was full of fantastic information! My husband and I were set up in Room 11 (which, according to Paul, one of the co-proprietors), is one of the two most-requested rooms (the other one is Room 12) and were delighted with every aspect of the room. It is centrally located to everything in the resort and very well appointed. We never had to ask for anything ... they had already thought of it! Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.. Then there are other things to nosh on throughout the day. Happy hour is between 6:00 p.m. and 7 p.m. Both are free to the guests and are great! This is the sort of resort where you go to stay and not leave (or if you do, it's for short spurts!). I have never been to a clothing optional resort and was a little reticent, to say the least. But everyone there, from staff to other guests, made me feel welcome and not a pariah because I opted to stay clothed (most of the time). I certainly became more comfortable in my own skin and it is thanks to the welcoming environment Paul, Judd and the entire staff have created at the Pineapple Point. I know I will be back - I have already made reservations for next month! But, beyond that stay, this is a new weekend getaway that I will use time-and-again. Thank you all for a magnificent stay!

Best Little Gay Gem in Ft. Lauderdale! I had never been to Ft. Lauderdale before, but staying here almost made it feel like I was already at home. The staff at Pineapple Point were so kind, welcoming, and attentive to details. The breakfast and daily happy hour were excellent facilitators of socialization and allowed me to connect with all the lovely people staying there. Everything was also so clean and perfectly put together. The massages were nice, too! Really the only even remotely "negative" thing I can think of is that gym is kind of tiny, but even then, they give you a discount to use a different gym nearby so really, every single detail is thought about with the most care possible. LOVE this place! Definitely coming back!

Still the best gay resort in the United States! I have reviewed Pineapple Point many times -- always raves -- but it has been a while. I just returned for a few days' solo visit, but my husband and I visit several times each year. It continues to be as amazing as ever, and it has weathered the Covid downturn very well. The grounds are extensive, lush, and stunning. The experience is so luxurious and relaxing that we seldom leave the resort; on this recent, three and a half day visit, I left once to walk to the Atlantic shore and have lunch. The staff is large, attentive, and very well trained. Several have become friends. Owners Phil and Judd pour their hearts and skill into the place, and it totally shows. Everything about it feels like perfection, and if there is a problem, they are right on fixing it. The clientele tend to be friendly and easy-going and all ages and body types. You don't have to be young and/or rich pretty-boy types to fit in here; in fact, anyone who projects attitude usually finds himself rather isolated. It is a home for us in South Florida.

You Will Be Glad You Chose Pineapple Point There are many places you can choose to stay in Ft Lauderdale, but if you are gay and are looking to be pampered, Pineapple Point should be at the top of your list. From the lush surroundings to the comfort of their rooms, the crew at Pineapple Point goes out of its way to make sure your stay is restful and fulfilling. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast and cocktail hours engaging and the availability of onsite massage is just what the doctor ordered. Judd and Phil, the owners, have built a great business and the long-serving staff tends to your every need.

Amazing Tropical Paradise Had an incredible time enjoying the beautiful lush property, mingling with men of may different backgrounds who were all incredibly friendly and fun. Staff was amazing with personalized, caring and prompt service. Scotty, Judd and Phil ( owners) went out of their way to make this a most memorable vacation. Stayed in a Deluxe king. Spacious, clean, private. The breakfasts were awesome, pools clean and inviting. Thanksgiving spread was terrific, fully catered. The open bar with wine and beer certainly made the day festive. Cant wait to return next November! Truly a 5 star experience.

An absolute oasis With so many resorts to pick from in Fort Lauderdale, the first thing that set Pineapple aside from everyone else was their website. The first thing you see if a well produced video that showcased many areas of the resort. The overall stay was fantastic. They have literally thought of every thing you can think of going all the way down to sunblock be readily available almost everywhere you turn. AND BUG SPRAY! Whew! My only regret was that I didn't stay longer. A short distance (uber ride) to Wilton and the beach. But in the end, I stayed at the resort most of the time. While it's on the high end in regards to price as compared to other resorts, it's totally worth it. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway but also a fun chance to play, I highly recommend Pineapple Point.

Thanksgiving weekend with friends I can not say enough good things about this resort. Every attention to the little details make this a one of a kind resort destination for the gay men community. The property is lush with tons of tropical plants and flowers. The staff is constantly asking if they can get you anything and they cater to your every need. Their thanksgiving luncheon was catered in and the food was amazing. We will make this our destination going forward for our Thanksgiving weekend getaway! Thank you the staff for making our trip so special! Shout out to Dennis who helped us set up our massages and helping us book for next year. Great customer service all around!

PERFECTION The consistency over the years of superior service, manicured environment, and attention to detail describes our visits yet again this year. The team is able to provide this top notch service but do so in a welcoming and causal environment. Gay tropical oasis with outstanding service Total oasis with top service. Phil and Judd have created a beautiful retreat snd safe place where we felt at home the moment we entered. The tropical plants provide privacy and a botanical garden feel, like a fantasy island for gay men. Add ti this friendly and amazing service from Keven, Brian Scotty, Dennis and their entire team. We did not want to leave. We’ll worth the price. We will be back Ps thank you again for the beautiful flowers on my husband’s birthday!

A great place to stay Always a great place to stay. Amazing customer service. Immaculately clean. All the staff goes out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Probably my fifth stay at the hotel. I will be back in a month! Love the location in Victoria Park.

Still the best! It’s been over 5 years since I’ve been back, but walking through the gate felt like I never left! Pineapple Point is still a wonderfully private oasis to relax and unwind, and the phenomenal staff makes you feel like royalty with their stellar service. They really do anything they can to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. It’s not surprising that they welcome you to your happy place when you arrive…it truly is!

Amazing Customer Service My husband and I stayed at The Pineapple Point Guest House at the end of Oct 2021. The entire experience was wonderful. I cannot thank all of the staff enough. It was my 50th Birthday and they all made it so special. Not to mention how lovely and beautiful the resort & rooms are! We rebooked prior to our departure. I have stayed at other gay resorts in Fort Lauderdale, but none have compared to Pineapple Point. Many thanks to all the boys at Pineapple.

First stay at The Pineapple Point but not the last Première expérience pour mon conjoint et moi au Pineapple Point et ce fut formidable. Tout était parfait: la chambre, les piscines, l’happy hour, le déjeuner sans parler de tout le personnel si attentionné et aimable, un merci particulier à Tim et Jeff avec qui ce fut si agréable de discuter tout au long de notre séjour. De plus, nous profitions de ce moment pour célébrer notre 10e anniversaire de couple et un soir en revenant à notre chambre quelle belle surprise d’y trouver un bouteille de vin mousseux avec des fraises au chocolat, quelle délicate attention. Bref, on a tellement aimé notre séjour qu’en quittant, nous avons réservé pour l’année prochaine! On a très hâte tous vous revoir en octobre 2022 Fabio et Hugo XX

Tropical Oasis in Victoria Park I typically don't write reviews. It all depends on what you are looking for, but this was a great place for my husband and me. The grounds are beautiful. We stayed in 2 villas that were large and spacious with full kitchens and more importantly 2 bathrooms. Phil and Judd have focused on all the little touches that made our stay a great experience. These two guys know how to run a luxurious guest house. Their staff is working on the property the entire day and making sure that all guests have a great experience. If you are looking for relaxation, friendly staff and guests, this is the place. Great evening cocktail hour too to socialize, so close to Las Olas and Wilton Manors. Already have my trip in 2 weeks.

Another great stay at Pineapple Point I've stayed at several of the other resorts in Fort Lauderdale but none of them compares to Pineapple Point. From the staff, to the resort and amenities to the fellow visitors - they're all first class. I always leave with new friends (and a reservation for my next visit). It really is my happy place and cannot recommend it enough.

Enjoy this little bit of paradise with unmatched service in the Ft. Lauderdale area After years staying at other resorts in the area, my friend and I finally took my husband’s advise and booked a stay at the Pineapple Point. He is a teacher and we often have to travel with friends during the school year, and so my friend and I decided to give the resort a try. Our experience was more than magical. So much so, that we booked a stay again two months later. We were booked in the cottage that sits on the edge of the property. From the minute we walked through the front gate we knew that we had found paradise tucked away in the city. Use your imagination and you could be on any tropical island, in the middle of Hawaii or tucked away in the Keys far from the business of the city. Within the walls you would never know that you are actually in a block in the middle of a residential neighborhood. The attention to detail throughout the property and maintenance of the plants and flowers are meticulously designed to make you feel like you are truly in a tropical paradise. The magic doesn’t stop there. Checking in, you will feel like you have “come home”. The staff’s number one job is to make you feel welcome, a part of their family and to see that your every need is met during your stay. They don’t hand you a key and send you on your way. They offer bag assistance, accompany you to your room and ensure that your accommodations meet your expectations. Unpack, unwind and from there it’s smooth sailing as you enjoy the time that you have in this little bit of paradise. The complimentary breakfast with just about anything you can think of, along with the evening happy hour (complimentary as well), begin and end each wonderful day that you spend at the resort. Soaking in the pools or hot tubs and laying in the sun in between give you the rest and relaxation that should come with any vacation, short or long. If you are looking for an evening out for dinner, Las Olas is just a short walk away. Decide you want to eat in, your takeout order gets delivered on a tray complete with chocolates, plates and utensils that you may need. I have stayed at 5 star hotels around the world. The Four Seasons is known for it’s service and they would have a hard time matching the service that you receive at Pineapple Point. The place is absolutely spectacular and beautiful and this is my new go to place whenever I am in Ft. Lauderdale. I can’t wait to return.

Like a second home We have been visiting Pineapple every few months for the last two years now. We love the atmosphere and the amazing service. Most of all though we love that it truly feels like your walking into a second home as soon as you pass through the gates. Everyone is so friendly, the guests and service staff are all so welcoming and go above and beyond. And the accommodations are incredible. Our last two visits were in one of the villas and the grand villa and they are just incredible. Thank you so much for another amazing trip. As usual we met even more lifelong friends!
