Gas Tankless Water Heater Annual Service Pipedex contacted me a week before the scheduled service as a reminder. Vasiliy was very professional and obviously knowledgeable. He showed me the work he did and explained the reasons why. The space was left clean and tidy. Very happy with the service provided. I’ve no hesitation in recommending Pipedex and will be using them again in the future; the annual inspection has already been scheduled for next year.

He was punctual, communicated clearly throughout the process, and took the time to educate me on both the issue and the solution. His professionalism stood out, and he cleaned up everything once the job was done. What made the experience even better was how easy it was to set up the appointment. I went to their website and shared my availability with the scheduler. Just a few minutes after submitting it online, Oleg, the owner, texted me to confirm that a tech would be out—and earlier than the scheduled time! We are very fortunate to have found Pipdex plumbing. We just bought a house and the inspector said there was water in the crawl space and we should get a French drain installed. Pipedex went above and beyond and gave us a great solution at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
