Love it here! Very comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. I love the fact there was no Vodafone signal for my mobile, so I can disappear as far as work is concerned. Lovely properties with most things you need. If anything is missing, just ask the team. Very comfortable beds. I always sleep well here on the peaceful farm. Great, safe, and fun environment for children. With play area and games room and plenty of grounds to run around. I'd advise the supervision of children due to the well stocked fishing lakes.

We always stay at the Salford cabin up the road but love to visit pitland farm, it's surrounding nature , the cafe & the holiday homes. Very beautiful day out for all.

I booked this due to its proximity to Westdubs as I was in the area having a poptop fitted to my van. We were greeted by cheery staff and there was even a lemon drizzle cake waiting for us on the side when we first arrived. It turned out to be the best blind booking I’d ever made. The site is picturesque and nestled in its own idyllic valley, even the driveway in snakes down the hill. The lodge we had (Kingfisher) was like new inside and was incredibly spacious thanks to its open plan layout. It would have easily slept 6 people and had a downstairs double room with ensuite thqt would have been ideal for guests. The lodge was well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer as well as the standard toaster, kettle and cooker. Out the back there was a small shed ideal for storing our fishing stuff. We ended up bringing two cars but could easily have fitted another. There are two lakes onsite and some great sized fish in both. We stuck to the right hand lake as I only bought light tackle and it seemed to have smaller fish. My sons enjoyed fishing and were kept interested by the easily caught carp. We caught a mix of common and mirrors over the week. Another nice touch was the amount of activities on the site. My boys loved giant chess and actually favoured it over iPads! The indoor pool table cabin was handy when it started to rain. I also enjoyed the outdoor table tennis. The site is ideally located for several exciting towns packed with shops and good for a day exploring. Our favourite was Worcester due to the sheer amount of shops. We were already discussing coming back here after the first couple of days! Maybe a winter break in the hope we get some snow. Thanks for a great holiday, Rich

Amazing beautiful place to stay for the week. So peaceful.

We've just had our 3rd visit to Pitlands farm and it is a perfect combination of a leisurely break with fabulous views and accommodation. Fishing in the on site lakes takes the stresses of life away. The owners and their family are most friendly and helpful. The on site resteraunt is very good with lots of choice. Will go again......

Great place out of the way, lodges are fantastic. Some have hot tubs, great countryside, fishing on site , play areas, and country walks

The Mann family and their farm are wonderful. Beautiful, peaceful and welcoming, very professional and caring. Fabulous café/restaurant on site. You'll fall in love with it.

I rarely leave reviews, but felt I had to for this place. Just spent a fantastic week at Pitlands farm for a family holiday. This place is something all to rare, in that it delivers on what it promises to the standard you would wish it to be. Beautiful setting, fantastic holiday cottage, the best equipped I have ever stayed in by far, it has everything you need and more and everything is good quality. Brilliant fishing for introducing the kids to it and had a lot of fun myself. Great entertainment on site with the games room etc. Alice and Ian were so incredibly helpful throughout the stay even down to pulling on some waders on the final day to wade into the lake to recover one of the kids rods which went for a trip courtesy of a carp! We will definitely book again. If only to go back for the chocolate milkshakes at the on site cafe.

A fabulous location on an old farm with holiday cottages and some classic farm machinery, not to mention traditional farm animals. There are some classic beautiful walks direct from the farm if you fancy a wine and book weekend or a country escape I can't recommend it enough. There is a small restaurant on site that does some great food and coffee etc. enjoy.

A great place to get away from it all if you want peace and quiet with beautiful scenery and walks.

Nice quiet holiday farm with great owners who are always there to help. Lodges excellent for the money. Book early as most people come back, we did.
